Good service and great location! Breakfast is nice. Also the room has a pot and tea.

The single room is a bit run down but the cleanliness was not compromised. Overall is good. Just the room with the old furnitures doesn’t make me feel good. Try avoid rooms at level 1 as the ventilation within the room is bad and you can’t open your window.

Hotel nice enough and clean... My complaint is that having paid for breakfast and asking reception that due to us leaving at 3am in the morning for an early flight asked if a breakfast roll could be provided to take away What we got was a not very fresh apple a small cheap cracker biscuit and a small not chilled carton of juice. Even a cup of coffee and a biscuit would have had more thought put into it Whoever prepared this '''breakfast''' haha!!!!!! Has no thought or respect I think for a customers needs, and the needs I required were not much just some semblance of a decent thought.. Expensive hotel but I think I would prefer another accomodation where the staff at hotel treat you with respect. Hotel was I said nice and clean and good location for traveling, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired... Nil points rating

WiFi is not available in the room. We informed the counter, but it was still not handled properly.

The concierges were very helpful booking delicious restaurants and acquiring taxis when needed. They also helps booked tickets to the frequented events like tours to the Colosseum and the Forum.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. Definitely worth the money. Close to the train and an easy walk to good restaurants. Hotel restaurant food was not great. The breakfast was not worth it. Suggest you save the money and eat elsewhere

Facilities: The flush button of the toilet has some problems, the drain plug of the washbasin is also a bit problematic, and the room card is not easy to swipe. Very bad hotel I don't feel like a four-star hotel at all. It's worse than my two-star hotel in Venice! (What you need to know is that Italy pays tax according to hotel star rating) The hotel is old, you can say it has a sense of history. But the towels and beds are stained. The two elevators are old and slow. The floor tiles are still broken. The most special one is the employee whose name starts with B and wears glasses and black hair. The attitude when checking in was very bad. We already spoke fluent English throughout the process. But I thought I was talking to the police officer on the case No greetings or smiles Stayed for 3 nights and none of the staff smiled or nodded when passing by. Please think twice before booking There are dozens of better hotels than this one within 500 meters.
