2km from all the famous attractions.
Hotel staff very friendly and can speak English.
Room a little bit small and no AC. (Or didn’t work)
Restaurants nearby.

Ótima localização, bairro residencial. Atendimento atencioso e cordial. A estrutura é regular. Os quartos possuem iluminação indireta, um pouco escuro. Ar condicionado sem controle remoto e com defeito. Cama com colchão muito duro. Impossível ficar mais que duas noites. Diária cara para o que oferece.

Very disappointed with Kent Hotel. I booked paid and has a confirmed booking and n day of my reservation they sent me a message asking me to mo to another hotel nearby . I was in transit time and caused a lot of stress. How can a hotel cancel you a few ho riot to arrival when I was arriving solo in the evening. Totally unprofessional and I have very epernces in many years of travel .

Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό δε μπορώ να πω! Καλή εξυπηρέτηση. Το δωμάτιο λίγο ακριβό για τις παροχές που είχε. Καθαρό και περιποιημένο αλλά δυστυχώς σε κάποια πράγματα πολύ λάθος. Αργήσαμε παρά πολύ να κάνουμε check out γιατί πολύ απλά δεν ήταν κανείς στην reception κανένα μισάωρο ενώ ανοίγει από της 8 το πρωί. Δεν επιλέξαμε πρωινό στην τιμή. Αλλά και να τον επιλέγαμε αργούσε πάρα πολύ να ανοίξει. Μια οκ επιλογή αν και δεν νομίζω να το ξανά προτιμήσω όταν ξαναέρθω.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à l'hôtel Kent au mois de septembre 2024, dans une chambre double classique (chambre 30). Points positifs de l'hôtel : - Hôtel bien placé, à 20 minutes à pied de la fontaine de Trévi et du centre-ville historique. De nombreux bus se trouvent également à proximité de l'hôtel. - L'hôtel et notre chambre étaient très propres. La chambre était très bien nettoyée tous les jours, les draps et les serviettes étaient régulièrement changés. - Un bon rapport qualité/prix : nous avons payé environ 120€/nuit. Cela me paraît raisonnable par rapport aux prix des autres hôtels en saison touristique à Rome. Points négatifs : - Nous avions initialement réservé une "Chambre double économique" qui n'avait pas de salle de bain privée. Cela était mentionné en tout petit dans les détails de la chambre, heureusement que nous avons pu payer 20€ supplémentaires par nuit pour obtenir une salle de bain privée. - La douche de la salle de bain est vraiment mauvaise, le débit d'eau est trop faible. - Les chambres n'ont pas d'air conditionné, seulement un petit ventilateur d'appoint qui se branche. Il faisait au moins 30 degrés dehors et nous avions vraiment chaud dans la chambre. - Le check-out est à 10h du matin, ce qui est vraiment tôt. Peut-être faudrait-il permettre un check-out à 11h.
