Walls in our room were dirty and dusty. Mold in the bathroom and around our window. A/C controlled by front desk, so you have to call for them to turn it off and on, kind of annoying. Entrance to the museum of Vatican is across the street, so too many people in front of the hotel all the time. Noise in the morning from other guests and house keeping can get loud. Worst part is check out at 10am. Definitely not staying there again.

It’s quite basic. Good as a stopover. Literally in front of the Vatican museum where there is a massive queue. Close to great restaurants. Breakfast was basic. However it is not a large hotel.

Service from staff was excellent. We were always glad our room was clean and had fresh towels daily. Breakfast choices were also awesome. Two things I’m not 100% glad with was the absence of AC in the room which was uncomfortable at night even with 2 windows open. We came first week of April and it was hot. Also the start of breakfast could be earlier like 6am as we had to leave the hotel for activities around 6am in some days of our stay. But overall I still would say this is a great hotel especially for the location.

It's average. It's old. The old man at the front desk is a bit arrogant. The location is very good, just opposite the entrance of the Vatican Museum. Very convenient

這個酒店都好垃圾的，frontdesk 強迫我入住，態度十分地冷淡，一點也不尊重旅客，有事甚至會使用言語攻擊不建議入住。

This hotel is rubbish. The frontdesk forced me to check in with a very cold attitude and no respect for passengers at all. In some cases, they even use verbal attacks and do not recommend staying.

The hotel is small, the breakfast environment and the room layout are bright and simple. Just the quilt and the towel are a bit old; the bathroom is bigger, but there is no place to put things. We stayed in the room facing the street, very embarrassing. The soundproofing in the building is normal, and the sound of going up and down the building is heard. Opposite the road is the main entrance of the Vatican Museum, the visit is more convenient, not too far to find a restaurant, but people who are afraid of it are not recommended to stay. Hang 4 stars and give 3.5 stars.

The side of the road was very awkward and the room was poorly soundproofed. Breakfast is good. The decor of the hotel is clean and clear. There is no place to put clothes in the bathroom, the shower water is easy to pop out, making it wet.
