This hotel has 2 buildings, the main building (with the breakfast) is located about 8 mins walk from Roma Termini whilst their 2nd building is a 4 mins walk from Roma Termini. We were assigned the 2nd building but the hotel is nice to have their concierge help take our luggage to our room. Note: The distance between the 1st and 2nd building is about 4 mins walk. Guests will need to talk to the main building for breakfast (basement) Amenties:There is a Conad (supermarket) at the Roma termini in the basement (same exit towards the hotel). Lots and lots of restorante or trattoria that opens till late. Room: Clean rooms with all the nice basic facilities (and filled mini bar). Breakfast: Basic breakfast. I stayed 4 nights, no changes to the mains at the breakfast counter.

Location is good, kindly staff. There has bathtub also good.

Good location for access to Roma central station

The lady receptionist (forgot to get her name) was very nice and shared with us some great tips on restaurant and attraction! Sam is always cheerful and super helpful with our luggages! Much appreciated!

Good location good hotel

Luckily we only stayed for one night, the room was so cramped, water kept seeping out of the glass while showering, and there was a pile of water on the floor, then I had to use a towel to soak up the water... However, their buffet breakfast is really good!

It was my first time staying here. It was very nice and I had a comfortable time. I would also like to use it on business trips.

I booked a triple room. Although the hotel is old, it is worth the price. It is a 4-minute walk to the Termini train station/subway station. The bathroom has no heating but it is acceptable. The room is a bit small, but the 24-inch suitcases for three people can be opened separately. It is suitable for people who do not have high environmental requirements, but the price/performance ratio is acceptable. We forgot to put the room cleaning sign outside but came back to find it was still being cleaned very well. Overall it's ok. My friend said that the single bed was too soft and I didn't sleep very well. The double bed was okay. Anyway, everything is there.

The receptionists, some of them were unpresentable, the arrival was a bit unpleasant with the night receptionist who was Normal breakfasts.

Excellent location, strategic and silent. Friendly and professional staff. Good cleaning.

The traffic is very convenient

When we arrived early, before check-in time, we were taken to another building without reception outside the hotel facilities, which had a floor owned by the hotel, which we were in no condition to accept. Even though I requested a high floor in the booking, we were placed on the ground floor facing the street. On the second night of our stay, a truck parked in front of the window was unloading the hotel's bedding to be cleaned which made a huge noise and we were unable to sleep. I didn't get any room changes for the remaining nights.

Clean comfortable safe hotel and ideal location for train station, only 10 minutes walk, and about 20 minute walk to the main sights

It is near the train station 2 min away, easy to reach, clean, good customer service, nice hotel
