The room is relatively large. The breakfast is also good. The key is that it is very close to the Vatican. It is within walking distance. There is a small Chinese restaurant less than 100 meters away from the hotel.

Well located hotel just 200 meters from the regional train. Nice little pool, good breakfast. Bathroom a bit tight.

We really liked the hotel, its location, and service.

The hotel is nice enough. Rooms are nice. The biggest issue we had was they had turned off the AC (until many in our group complained) which made the first night terrible with no sleep due to the room being 77-80 degrees. It was fine once they turned the AC back on the next day. The desk staff was only marginally friendly and “helpful.” The dining area was very nice as was the breakfast. However, they were not very good about refilling foods and dishes as they ran out. And I got chewed out by a female server because I took a napkin off a table instead of coming to her to ASK for a napkin. Absurd nonsense! The hotel is in a quiet area but is well away from anything tourist related. It’s about 1.2 miles UPHILL away from the nearest subway stop. So, it was ok overall but I probably wouldn’t stay there again unless it was a part of our tour again.

Very nice hotel with a great staff. They could not have been more helpful with all of our needs. The restaurant staff was excellent as well. The beds are very stiff however this would not keep us from staying again nor should it you reading this.

I arrived in Rome late evening Check in no issues. My wife was taken ill in the early hours of the following morning and taken to hospital, so this review is fairly minimal Breakfast was good, plenty of choice hot or cold, fresh fruit, yogurts etc .Hot food egg, bacon . Bread for toast etc . Rooms OK for 2 people, loved the fact that the doors to the rooms had closers that worked properly so they didn't slam every time they were shut . Roof top was pleasant enough to sit in and laze around . Staff friendly and helpful. Catering staff always welcoming and friendly. Location 5 minute walk to the station and from there 10 minutes to where ever you need to go . Very easy and cheap to use 1.5 Euros for 100 minutes travel 5 minute walk to a selection of bars and little cafes. Very disappointed that the pool was closed Very disappointed that i was charged for City Tax for my wife . taking into account she wasn't there

Nicely kept hotel. Very nice room, clean and well kept, Great breakfast buffet, delicious choices! Tasty first night welcome dinner. Beautiful views from rooftop balcony. Great location, close to Rome but far enough away from busy city.

Writing this review as I am sat in the lobby after checkout. Staff are okay, quite rude seems to depend what day you catch them on. Restaurant is okay, breakfast is very average. Rooms are dated and need a lot of work. Amenities are a joke. €15 charge for using the sauna. Gym is dates with equipment from early 90’s some of which doesn’t even work. I actually managed to catch the owner of the hotel to discuss and he basically said hard luck if you don’t like it stay somewhere else. Not impressed.

Horrible place with terrible & rude staff. Zero service, dirty rooms, no heat, no normal breakfast, no normal service. Especially I’m dissappinted with rude staff, who always talked to us with unfreandly voice and face and who thew us out after checkout from hotel lobby while we were waiting for our friends to checkout. We tried to explain but he didnt rven listened, he even said he will call the police, which is ridicilous and funny, because we were his guest a few hours ago. Last morning another guy was very rude in the restaurant.. and I can go on…. Not recommended:) There better places to stay and enjoy your journey and dont let not cool and cultureless people to disrupt you the whole voyage.

Stayed here for 7 nights. Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Room was small but very clean though the pillows were a little hard. Excellent breakfast and a good menu choice available in the restaurant in the evening. Conveniently close to metro and bus services. The hotel is situated in a residential area with a walking distance to the Vatican City of around 30mins. Nice collection of Vespa scooters in the hotel foyer. Really enjoyed our stay.

Very disappointed with this whole experience. The staff were not very welcoming and spoke in very stern tone of voice and attitude. They didn’t say hello or smile and really showed no care. 1/5 The room was very clean however the furniture was very worn and damaged as well as very old style. The bed is very big and was comfortable so a comfortable nights sleep was there. The bathroom was also clean and provided a lot of nice bathroom amenities. Old and dated furniture comfortable. 3/5 The facilities are a joke. We wanted to use the sauna and it was all turned off, the actual area itself wasn’t very clean or well kept as well as very very old pieces of equipment and upholstery. The gym is very cramped no space for an actual proper workout and not potable water drinking station. 0/5 The breakfast was ok. There was a nice selection of juices and coffee but there is only one machine for the whole breakfast room. The coffee bean used were very nice and smooth. The hot selection consisted of bacon, cocktail sausages and scrambled eggs which was nice especially the Italian spices station to help season the hot food. A very nice selection of pastries as well as fruit and nuts selection. Basic selection of bread but it had a decent variety of food to choose from. 4/5 The terrace is a trap. The hotel brand a lounge at the top of the hotel with a view of St Peter’s Basilica. Yes there is a terrace but from one small square of the terrace can you actually see the Basilica. Apart from that, there’s no evening lighting and the furniture needs a big refurb. 1/5

I stayed 2 nights here as part of a tour group. The hotel was clean and I had a comfortable stay. Room had a kettle, mini-fridge with 2 bottles of water, and a safe in the closet. Electrical outlets at the desk and by the bed were easy to access. The free wi-fi was easy to connect and fast enough for my needs. The bathroom didn’t have a bathtub but it did have a shower stall which I found to be a bit cramped. There were no face cloths but there were small bottles of toiletries and solid pieces of soap. I found the hotel not to be within walking distance of the main attractions of Rome. The breakfast buffet was typical of the Italian hotels. I found the staff at the hotel to be friendly and welcoming.
