Mesmerising view from the balcony of our room. Highly recommended!

Overall it was a great experience, the catering is yet to be improved but I would say it’s definitely worth the prize. Transportation is also convenient, quiet neighbourhood.

Facilities: Use old-style 🔑 room opening. The location of the hotel is a bit remote.

Quality, equipped accommodation with pleasant views. Professional and courteous staff. Very well assorted breakfast and bar. Catering available but not used on this occasion. Fully satisfied

Hotel in a strategic position to reach Gemelli hospital (10-15 minute walk). Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast even if it has few "salty" options. The restaurant is excellent, with an excellent quality/price ratio (there aren't many options in the area except for a couple of typical trattorias). Chaotic hotel at certain times of the day (welcomes many tourists/pilgrims etc), on the other hand the staff is quite kind in supporting all customers. Advised.

A little dated but comfortable hotel. Cleanliness could be improved and prices a little high.

Excellent value for money. For work I happen to travel to Rome / the northern area and I always choose this structure. Good breakfast, large rooms, in short it's a guarantee, it's worth all the 4 stars. Positive note about the restaurant, the food is good and the service is quick and professional.

the parking space was not included in the room rate, however it was not expensive. otherwise, all in line with expectations. some small observations: clean environment, soundproofing only sufficient, mediocre mattress. The shower, without anti-slip, does not offer handholds, and when it comes to going out, the risk of flying is very high!

Perfect for our stay. Myself and my son stayed here for our 1st visit to Rome. Upon arrival we were given a very warm and engaging welcome. The hotel is situated 20 mins outside the centre. The hotel seems to cater primarily for tour groups and business users, however we were made to feel at home. The rooms were clean and well presented. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just what we needed. Breads, meats cheese, fruit, raw honey, cereals and all the usual drinks. The staff were also excellent. I found the staff to be very helpful. They were great in recommending places to eat within the city as we had limited time there. We did eat at the bar on our last day. I had the Pizza and my son had a Burger. This food was definitely as good as any of the other food we had eaten in Rome. I did note some of the negative reviews on here but unfortunately managing large groups of people can be a bit like herding cattle! So Pineta Palace do not be too disheartened by these reviews you looked after us very well. So thank you. Anyone staying here and who wants to nip in and out of the city take the number 49 bus which is 10 mins walk from the hote. This bus will drop you off (last stop so you can't get lost) at the Piazza Cavour which is a wonderful spot - from there you can walk into the city centre and drain the battery in your phone as you take a million and one pictures of the neverending sculptures and jaw dropping buildings.
