I was totally deceived, I booked a room through this app and through the photos that are here, but in fact this hotel has other rooms, and after I complained and said that I would pursue my rights, they sent me to another hotel They work together and I went to the real room in the photo, but I had to sleep in a dirty room, a musty smell, a bathroom without hot water and disgusting, please don't go to this hotel, it's not true. photos, and the breakfast is horrible and has almost nothing, it was horrible staying there one night, and the photos of this hotel are actually the Antico Palazzo Rospigliosi hotel, you can go there and confirm, it really is that room in the photos but the breakfast is terrible and there are no options, and the people of Rome are all uneducated 😔 This hotel deceives people, and the app was charging me 36 Euros for tourism, and when I got there they charged me 52 Euros and said it had gone up but I didn't receive any email with that information.

The front staff was friendly and kind.(Mr.Marco) Close to the station.

Breakfast was very poor. The house on the first night was small and there was an elevator next door. It feels like the elevator from 20 years ago, there is a sound every time you go up and down. The room was pitifully small. First time staying in such a small room so far in my life. I urgently called Ctrip and got a better room for the second night. It's close to the Colosseum and has a lot of food nearby. I don’t want to say anything else.

Good ubication. Room a little dirty. Quite old. Very friendly staff.

Everything else is good except that it is far from the train station

My stay at this hotel was an extremely disappointing experience. Despite its central location, close to all amenities, the establishment fell far short of my expectations. Breakfast was minimalistic, consisting of two pastries and stale bread, with no fresh juice options, just tasteless watermelon juice. Additionally, the hotel was dilapidated and emitted a strong smell of dampness, which seriously impacted my comfort and health throughout my stay. The rooms were clearly dirty, not at all resembling the deceptive photos presented during booking. Furthermore, advertised amenities such as the bathtub were non-existent, which was an added disappointment. Another major drawback was the lack of available stairs as an alternative to the elevator. Access to the rooms was only through an elevator that could accommodate three people at a time, making movement within the hotel inconvenient. Moreover, the staff was not particularly friendly, further adding to my overall disappointment. Considering all these shortcomings, I decided to leave a day earlier than planned and find another hotel for the remainder of my stay. In summary, despite its convenient location, this hotel is to be avoided at all costs for those seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Pour breakfast with bathroom smell and the room smelling Terrible Doesn’t worth the money

Lovely little hotel. bad smell in the first room we had but they were quick to move us to a different room. Seems to be a problem in the area. Close to everything we needed. Great location. Don’t bother with breakfast it was ribena and donuts! But would stay there again

The hotel was very well located, near from main attractions. The issue was that the room has a terrible smell and it seems that someone had vomited in the room. The bathroom was very small. The breakfast was only coffe and sweet bread. The best thing were the front desk attention. Alessandro and Simone were extremely nice and kind.

Tiny tiny place. No hot water, scorpion in the shower and the sink drain wasn't attached to the wall so the bathroom floor always had water on the floor.

They were great! They check me in early because they have rooms available Simone at the front desk was great. Same as Alessandro and Saturday was Maso. Just nice happy people The man at the breakfast super nice. Cleaning ladys too. No i dont work there haha I just think this workers are great I be back

Great staff, awesome location. Can't get oe ask more for the price.
