Everything was very good, but more toiletries were missing, knowing that we are 5 people, it gives us 1 toilet and no toiletries, but from there everything is very good with the service and facilities, good location

It's a hotel next to the train station, which costs 80 or 100 yuan a night in China. The soundproofing is very poor. I stayed in a room next to the bar. I couldn't change it, so I had to sleep in it. The guy at the front desk was nice.

I stayed without meals. Although it was built several years ago, the room was clean. Also, the staff was kind and comfortable.

Unbeatable location and very attentive staff. The hotel is very old, which at first glance does not give a very good image, however the beds are very comfortable and our stay has been very pleasant. For what we were looking for it has been a good choice. We wouldn't mind repeating. We traveled as a couple with two children and all four stayed in a single room with 4 beds, so you can imagine what the size is like. Of the rooms. The building looks like a renovated residential building converted into a hotel, so I imagine each room will be different. The bathrooms are ugly, but they do the trick, they have hot water and they give you more than enough soap and gel to take a warm shower after the hard walks. If you are on a tight budget and want something well located, this is your hotel. 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum, the Trevi fountain and a thousand other wonders and just a couple of minutes from the Termini station.

The front desk service is okay, but the room is hard to describe. The toilet is very small, and two people can't stand. And after check-in, the room is still in another building, and the name is not the name of the hotel. It's not far from termini

The hotel is average. like everything for the money near Termini. Of the advantages of a 24-hour front desk, it was convenient to leave luggage and walk before departure. Cons: Very noisy. The room was opposite the reception and it was heard all night how someone checked in or left, the cleanliness was average. But again, I repeat, if you want more comfort, value and service, then you will have to pay more,

As a stay we were short in the structure, the location is 200 meters from Termini station. With this prices you can't ask for much but in its small and clean

Conveniently located near Termini station Friendly staff I was able to leave my luggage before check-in. My luggage was already in the room when I checked in.

We booked and paid in advance the whole stay, arrived at the hotel at 2 AM (our flight landing in Fiumicino at midnight) and were charged 30 EUR for the “2-hour delayed check-in” (?), even if the reception was announced to be open 24 hs. But this extra charge was later reimbursed in compensation for the non-working TV of our room 102 (next to reception). Then the manager offered us to change the room and we were moved to room 101, by far the WORST ROOM room of this hotel, literally in front of the reception, so you can hear EVERYTHING what happen in the lobby, e.g. phone calls, conversations, passengers checking in and out, snoring from the reception… My advice: avoid room 102, and RUN AWAY if you are offered room 101, unless not sleeping the whole night is fine with you…

Went on a last minute family trip to Rome. The hotel was affordable, but you definitely get what you pay for. The Mattresses are very hard, and so are the pillows. The rooms, and the hotel itself are quite dated. Our room wasn't properly cleaned, we found glass-shards, and items from previous guests. The pressure in both the shower and the sink is pretty bad, but it's livable. Our biggest problem was the toilet, that suddenly stopped working. There is wallpaper peeling, and sockets falling out of the walls. The cellphone-service is also really bad in the hotel. On another note, the air-conditioning in the rooms was very good, and the location is nice (right next to the train-station). All in all, i would not recommend unless you're on a budget.

Overall we had a pleasant experience. The hotel itself is shared with Hotel California next door - there are different corridors and floors for the different hotels. The room was basic but fine, it had air con and hot water but there were visible signs of wear like peeling paint and chips, however we weren’t in the hotel enough for it to bother us. The only annoying thing was we couldn’t let ourselves into our room, we had to buzz up from the street then a big door separated us from the corridor with our room, which needed to be opened by someone on reception. We saw other visitors having to hand their keys back to reception if they were staying in a different section and going out. However there was always someone on reception so it wasn’t a major issue.

I booked a room with a view and they told me an interior one, when I went to protest they treated me in a bad way and told me that it was not their problem, that I should complain to edreams. The room was in a sorry state: the walls chipped and dirty, the towels torn, the shower without support, the light dim... nothing to do with the photos they advertised. The only good thing is the location, next to Termini central.
