The hotel has no insulation , I could hear everything even what I didn’t need to. I couldn’t even sleep one night. And it needs some remodeling in the furniture It’s too far from the center. The only thing that I enjoyed was the breakfast and the employees are kind.

Maurits Donders 1/5 just on Google Terrible hotel. Don't book this! You'll regret this. Negative points: - Rooms are in dire need of renovation. Everything is dirty, broken or dated. - breakfast is even worse than bad. Bad coffee, bread is not there or is old. There was no yogurt. There is no fruit (as shown in the photo). The eggs may be the worst. Don't start this. - Accessibility of the hotel is also poor. Metro is 1/2 hour walk away. You can get there by bus, but they don't run frequently. - Hotel looks quite nice from the outside on the website. In reality it looks like some kind of extinct office building. - Environment is terrible. No conviviality of shops, restaurants or other catering facilities. Positive points - Nothing

Excellent hotel, simple and comfortable, 20 minutes walk from the Rebibbia metro station. Private parking in the hotel or public just outside. Excellent breakfast, as well as if one decides to stay for lunch or dinner. More than affordable price. Definitely recommended.

Classic educational trip to Rome with 2 nights in this hotel with breakfast and dinner included. The photos published are not real, they are perhaps a memory of times gone by, today the structure is battered, abandoned in maintenance, cleaning and with truly dated furnishings. Don't lift the sheets to look at the mattresses, you might regret it, don't walk on the dirty and stained corridor carpet, expect mold in the corners and humidity in the walls. Let's not talk about the dinner served by improvised waiters, where something was always missing on the table and who have no knowledge of this job. The food was unusable, once it was burned, once it was finished, once it was just defrosted. The breakfast was passable with sweet and savory options, but the drinks from the vending machines were colored water. It is fair to point out that the visitors are workers who work and the rooms are noisy

This place is an example of how no hygiene controls in hotel accommodation facilities work! The hotel is dirty and indecent and is also located in a fairly out-of-the-way area that can be reached on foot passing through rather infamous neighborhoods of Rome (if you arrive in Rebibbia, don't venture on foot to reach it). Crazy school children are the ideal target! Badly smelling rooms! The price apparently seems low (€90 per night) but it does not justify the state of degradation you will find! The only super positive note is the staff who are always friendly and helpful, evidently used to complaints from unfortunate people (don't go there)

Totally not recommended. Mediocre location, easy to reach the center by car. Apparently beautiful and renovated structure. Upon entering: no maintenance, carpets on the floor dirty enough to make you want to vomit, room small and different from the photos, very noisy air conditioning, very dirty windows. The breakfast good.

The worst hotel I have ever been to in my life!!! Never book there!!! Very expensive, in a dangerous neighborhood, very far from the center… the “breakfast” is a mockery!!! Everything disgusting and nothing of quality. The horrible rooms smelled bad, there is no air conditioning and they had ants!!! They should close these types of hotels or make them cheaper than a passing hotel or motel!!! I swear to God that I have never been in such a horrible place in my life and they charged so much... it's a complete robbery!!! For that price there are better (much better) more central, clean and safe hotels.
