Very nice and helpful staff. Wifi is decent. Location is very close to Vatican city. Rooms are alright not too bad hence the price 🙂

To be honest, don't stay here. It's bad from the inside to the outside. The attitude, environment, hygiene, convenience, you must have been kicked in the head to book this hotel. I suggest Ctrip to ignore this hotel and never step into this store again in this life. What a damn thing.

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is right next to the Vatican and within walking distance. The room is neat and clean.

The location is very good. It is a five-minute walk from the Vatican. There is a bus stop at the door. The surrounding neighborhoods are very safe. It is also very close to a PAM chain supermarket. It is also safe to come back at night. The room itself is a bit old and small, but it is very cost-effective.

Everything was fine but we had to wait until 3:00 p.m. to check in and the rooms were already ready

Terrible, little more than a pension, no services, not even hand soap

The room was very spacious and more than enough for two people. There are many restaurants and wineries nearby.

This hotel barely deserves two stars. One of the hostesses is pleasant, the other is as welcoming as a prison door. The television does not work and despite our repeated complaints it has never been repaired.

High cost performance, overall good

Overall, it's pretty average.

They treated us and helped us very well with my grandmother who was in a wheelchair. And a very large and comfortable head.
