good location. clean room. poor air conditioning. but price is good

I travelled in various cities in Italy for the past 12 days and all of other hotels were perfect except Hotel Genova which was the worst of all. Despite good location, service was very bad by receptionists. You wouldn’t feel welcome even at the check in although hotel price was not cheap. In addition, noise from street can be clearly heard from the hotel room throughout the nights. Room walls were also thin. You could hear noise from the nearby rooms and main path whenever someone was walking pass your room as well. Besides that, shower room does not even have any tray to put amenities. I needed to put all toileteries outside the shower room itself and got out time by time to pick shampoo, conditioner etc. one by one. Plus, water temperature was not stable. It could go from warm to extremely hot and then cold. Overall, it was the worst hotel I have ever stayed and I would not recommend anyone to stay here at all. It sucks.

Location is convenient for travelers like us as it is 8 mins walking distance from Rome Terminal. Room size is just nice not small but not too large as well.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel! Clean, spacious room equipped with all what might be needed. Very good breakfast, helpful staff, good location. We liked high ceilings and big window in our room!

one night short stay upon arrival to Rome and before departure to suburb city.. 5min from Roma Termini, which was super convenience and easily found within walking distance.. one nice Chinese restaurant right opposite the hotel.. many restaurant selection nearby.. hotel staffs are friendly.. great brief stay!

Excellent location to public transportation and within walking distance to many tourist spots. The service staff are friendly. Just wish to have more variety for breakfast.

Was over in Rome for the football and wanted to book a hotel in the Central and this hotel didn't disappoint me. It was beautiful inside and the staff were friendly. The pancakes at breakfast were fantastic. Will be back

Very accessible location! To train station is just for 5 minutes walk!

It’s our first time travel to Rome, so we decided to book a hotel near to train station that we can find easily, it’s very close to the termini very convenient on the leaving day! The check in and check out were efficient, the staff are nice and friendly to speak in English. We had a double room on the first floor, though the location of the room is slightly weird, it is located next to the fire escape stairs, but anyway the room is alright, clean and tidy room with a bathtub. We also had breakfast, pastries, fruits, salami, yogurt, cheese and pancakes are available, of course with variety of coffee too!

I recently stayed at Hotel Genova in Rome with my wife for a weekend getaway on March 24-26, 2023, and I must say, it was an excellent experience! The hotel is conveniently located near the central station, which made it easy for us to get around the city and explore everything Rome has to offer. The hotel was clean, and our room was spacious, well-equipped, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from. It was a great way to start our day before venturing out to explore the city. What really made our stay at Hotel Genova exceptional was the incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They were genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay in Rome and helped us with everything from early check-in to providing great recommendations for restaurants and attractions in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Genova to anyone planning a trip to Rome. With its excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptional staff, you are sure to have a memorable and enjoyable stay in this beautiful city.
