Very nice hotel

Beautiful hotel in the center of Rome

After 5pm there is no way to check in, and they do not issue any notification to know the procedure, to check in you have to walk 10 minutes to another hotel! Otherwise well…

I've stayed several times and I'm familiar with the front desk staff. The service is still very good. The room is relatively small. Anyway, it's okay to live alone. After all, the location and price are good.

Great location, we didn't try the breakfast as it was served in another hotel. Friendly and welcoming staff. Small room, especially the bathroom, which didn't quite reflect the image they gave. Dirty shower, carpet and bedspread, walls not in optimal condition. However, it has a mini fridge, hairdryer, air conditioning and safe, convenient to have in the room.

Going to check in at another place.

I really recommend this little hotel, just behind the Spanish stairs if you're visiting Rome for a couple of days. The staff is super prepared, especially a young women who gave us great tips. It's clean, new and affordable and just 2 stops from the train station with the metro.

The location is just perfect, at Francesco De Crispi with less than 10 minutes walk right and down to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. For guests with more than 1 luggage, please take note that the hotel has a few flight of stairs to finally get to the lift. So you will have to drag your luggage up . The lift is super tiny with only 2 persons with no luggage can fit in. Room Windows has double layer so outside noise was minimal and we slept soundly. Bed was super comfortable.AC was working at night and since it was almost spring/summer, that was pretty convenient and pleasant. Service was super friendly by the 2 ladies who checked us in and out during our stay. Check-in and out were very smooth, fast and hassle-free. The two ladies helped us with the maps and way around, even got us a taxi to the airport :) Halal restaurants (we went to Gandhi 2) were nearby. Room amenities such as toiletries were replenished daily. Kettles and tea and coffee bags were abundant, multiple choices and were always restocked. We booked for a twin bed room but were surprised to get a triple bed :) However due to that, room space was a bit tight with enough space to just walk by the beds to get to the shower :) We opted for no breakfast package hence we didn't have breakfast at the hotel, I was told that it is available at their sister hotel just next to it. Guests have access to the hotel via own access cards, as the reception is closed after 5 pm. My only concern is the privacy, We put up the sign Do Not Disturb at the room door, but was surprised when our room was still tidied daily. Luckily we didnt have anything valuable left behind. I would definitely stay again at Hotel Elite. Hope to see you soon!

The hotel provides an excellent location to many major attractions including Trevi fountain, pantheon, Spanish steps, etc. We also walked to colosseum and Vatican but this was very ambitious. Hotel is clean and was spacious enough for us and our daughter. Wifi was ok - not super strong. The only concern I would share is there is no staff on site outside of the hours of 9a-5p. On night one we blew a breaker around 10pm - with zero staff on site this made it exceptionally hard to work around as it was a main breaker and not accessible from our room. This meant zero power and zero lights which made it difficult to use bathroom in the dark. We spoke to staff promptly at 9am and they fixed immediately but it was a huge nuisance - no discount was offered. Maybe we shouldn’t have expected it but we did. We went almost 12 hours with zero hydro. If you require a taxi there is no stand close by. We had to use an Uber as it was before 9am and no staff on sight - in fact the staff was late that day. We tried to wait until 9:15 for them but ended up just using Uber as we had a tour to get too. The price made the inconvenienced tolerable in our opinion. If you are expecting perfection - stay elsewhere. You can get breakfast at a nearby hotel for 15€ but it didn’t seem great so we skipped and just went to a cafe. Hotel did provide a few amenities- water in lobby, shampoo and soap.

The hotel has no staff, the rooms are available but there is no front desk nor nothing. We had to go everyday to another hotel for breakfast, who by the way they didnt even call us a taxi to go to the station, because they can only do it from their hotel and not the one we were staying at. When we booked the hotel, noone advise us of this situation. The day we were arriving they sent us an emai saying we had to do checkin in the other hotel. After complaining the solution was to offer us another room in another hotel, the smallest and ugliest they had when we had paid for a superior room. DO NOT BOOK HERE

Please whatever you do, DO NOT BOOK A ROOM HERE! The positive reviews of this hotel are fakes, the photos posted of the hotel, are also fakes. This place is known as a scam to locals in the tourism industry as well. First of all you don't even check in at the hotel, you have to go to another property "hotel white" to check in, so if there are any issues, you are a 10 minute walk away. The man at the front desk was incredibly rude at the checkin and immediately started arguing with me about how long we were staying...then we had to walk uphill to the actual hotel and room. When we arrived at the hotel, it was apparent that we had been had, the lock to the street on the door had been ripped completely off, the "lobby" was dirty and shabby. Then we got to our room. The room was disgusting, the walls were filthy, the carpet had multiple large stains, it looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. NOTHING like the photos you see. There were missing outlets, holes in the walls, and the place was just gross We went to ask for another room, but the guy at the front desk of the other hotel started yelling at us, we did not spend anytime at this hotel and are fighting the charges. These people should be ASHAMED of themselves DO NOT STAY HERE, IT'S DANGEROUS, FILTHY AND SCAM!!!

I stayed at Hotel Elite for 4 nights in standard double room. Check in was at Hotel White very near (300m) and staff member showed me the way and carried my luggage to my room. Room was cleaned every day. It wasn’t the smallest and only had a mirror in the toilet. I did have some issues with the key card, but the staff was very helpful and kind and I always got into my room finally. Small fridge in the room. Air conditioning works. Wi-fi worked and since that I was able to contact the staff by Whatsapp when having troubles with the doors. Walls seemed to be very thin so I could hear conversations from other rooms. Did not bother me though. Location is perfect! I enjoyed my stay!

It was a good central location next to the Spanish steps and other touristic sights that one would like to see when coming to Rome. Some issues happened but they were resolved fairly by Elena from management.
