Everything as described. Small rooms but with everything needed. Good service from the staff, exception the lady who attends the breakfast who is not quite in the same mood than the other people. Reception guys are quite helpful Is advertised a “pool” but in reality is a small jacuzzi. Could be more accurate. Far from the main attractions. Uber/Taxi could be costly. Else you must be prepared to walk 5-8 mins to the subway.

The room has a big balcony, which is the best part. There is a Filipino sister who is very welcoming during breakfast!

There is a man with silver-gray curly hair at the front desk of the hotel. His attitude is very bad. He gets impatient after a few words. I will never come again! The attitude is too bad. The other front desk people are pretty good.

The room is bright, well-equipped, clean and tidy. I managed to check in despite my poor English. The breakfast was also very good and rich in content. Great value for money. After staying for four nights, I could have given it a good review. However, the room is next to the restaurant, separated by a door. At seven o'clock in the morning, there was a ding-ding-dong-dong sound. The hotel promised to change rooms, but I left early and came back late and didn't want to bother. The problem is that the hotel should inform the guest in advance about the noise-affected room, otherwise, even if the room is changed, it will be suspected of being artificially caused by the hotel. It really doesn't match the hotel's reputation. Just a heads up for everyone.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was amazing and delicious! The people at the front desk were more than helpful every time we needed it and went out of their way anytime we asked questions. Extra friendly and polite. Housekeeping was always great as well. Only complaint with the experience was the bed/pillows were very uncomfortable and the room was pretty small, but we were out and about most of the time, so that was not a huge issue. European hotels do not seem to understand comfortable beds. . .

Tucked away in a central suburb of Rome, this hotel appears to have been a conversion of an old mansion. Drive is a bit steep (but plenty of help available) was lined with wisteria - just starting to flower. The conversion is modern and clean cut. Room was very comfortable, clean and had coffee making/wifi/safe/tv and plenty of power points/usb point. Breakfast was very nice in a lovely conservatory on top floor. Outside solarium available. Staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. Excellent for city break with metro stations a short walk away.

Just returned from a 4 day stay. We agree with previous positive reviews. The hotel is quietly situated even though it is in a very busy residential area. We were pleasantly surprised by the peace & quiet at night (stayed in a room with a terrace). The rooms are compact but very clean. All the staff we encountered on reception and in the breakfast area were very helpful & friendly. We thoroughly appreciated the excellent breakfast choice. Yes, the beds are a bit hard however after a day of walking & sightseeing exhaustion overcomes minor discomfort. Transport links are also excellent. We liked the 40 minute walk to the Colosseum but on other days used the metro and the number 87 bus to get around. Just a word of caution to people arriving by train from Fiumicino Airport. At Tuscolano station - there are 3 exits! Guess who chose the wrong one? The Hotel is literally a couple of minutes walk from the Station. We arrived in the dark & rain which didn’t help. We got there in the end but the Hotel assures us that it is going to amend their website directions. The good thing about getting lost meant that we had to ask for directions and we were helped by someone who also told us that the best pizzas in the area were served at Papilla on the Via Veturia (about 8 minutes walk from the Hotel). We went twice! It is a takeaway with a restaurant which only serves the most delightful pizza. We also enjoyed a treat in Charlotte Pasticcreria Roma on Via Vercelli (2 minutes walk away). Would we stay at this hotel again on a return trip to Rome - yes!

The staff were personable and professional and the breakfast was outstanding for its quantity, quality and variety, but the room was tiny and certainly inconsistent with a 4-star rating. What was not the hotel's fault was the degradation of the surrounding suburb as a result of mindless graffiti tags.

Lovely little hotel, situated out of the busy centre. Reception staff really helpful, breakfast good The beds could be comfier however after lots of walking we still slept ok. Some lovely little restaurants and bars in walking distance all reasonably priced.
