Very clean, good location, didnt leave drinking water for wellcome but you could buy from the minibar 2.5 euro per small bottle. We asked for Iron and ironing board and they are not providing to consumers. You can pay per item for ironing services and wait 1.5 hours to get it ironed.

Location is perfect, hotel is a bit old but overall it is clean. A bit pricey.

Except for the good location, everything else is just average

The service attitude at the front desk is okay, and the breakfast is not too rich. The 3-person room is made up of a 2-person room with an extra bed, so the space is a bit small, and it is very close to the subway station, which is convenient for travel. 

The hotel is clean and tidy, the handover is very convenient, it is worth staying again, the staff is friendly
