The room was very clean and the air conditioning was very powerful.
Breakfast is good, but the dishes are the same every day.
The response of front desk service is a bit slow.

After a lovely 1 week stay in this clean, quiet, and very comfortable hotel, my bag was left in the lobby when our group departed on the airport bus. The entire reception team, especially Maryana, was so helpful in getting my bag back to me. The 9 pages of forms, tags, and labels were properly completed and my bag sent on its way. Thank you for excellent customer service!

Our time there was amazing! We enjoyed room service and the staff was great. My favorite was the delicious breakfast with the fresh squeezed juices.

We had a terrible experience staying at this hotel during our vacation time. We had the large family room and the room smelled terrible the whole time during our stay. When we notified the hotel staff about this, they really did not do much about it or offer to do anything to fix this. We had to leave all of the windows open to be able to tolerate the horrible smell of the room. The hotel staff were unwelcoming, with a poor attitude and very bad customer service. They also ended up charging us extra for breakfast for the kids, while the kids should have not been charged due to their ages. Overall a very poor experience and not a hotel I will be staying at ever again.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a charming, classic feel. We were given adjoining rooms as requested, which was perfect for our family. The hotel is slightly on the outskirts of the city, but the peaceful surroundings and view overlooking Central Park with the city skyline on the horizon made it worth it. Breakfast was decent, adding a nice start to our days. Overall, a pleasant stay!
