Good service, below average room
The service was fantastic, Mario was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. The price is low and the location is easily accessible to Termini which is nice. However the room was incredibly humid and there was mold in the shower and around the room’s window. Otherwise everything else was clean and passable. The shower stall was very small and it was hard to move around. And the walls were quite thin, so we could hear others easily. It’s fine for young travelers for the low price, if you won’t spend much time in the room.

Super Mario
Lovely place in a very good location, with good shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, and within walking distance to some of the main tourist attractions. Mario is a fantastic host, very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend.

Nice hosts
Good location if you want to be near Termini. Nice, welcoming hosts who let us drop our bags early. Basic room and amenities, has a private bathroom, but it’s across a shared hallway. Was a little noisy during the night due to other guests coming and going to their rooms and bathrooms.

Great place for a quick stay
The hotel hosts were very responsive and professional. There was a nice reception area on the floor. They even helped us with luggage since there were two flights of stairs.
One huge bonus was the direct airport transfer for 2 people. It was affordable and we had a great time getting to know Mario, the driver and hotel manager/owner.

Perfect stay.
A really great place and Mario (I believe it was Mario) is responsive and friendly.
The location is fine and we managed buses and metro to the main highlights of Rome. Initially thought it was a little odd that the private bathroom was across the hall from the room but actually preferred it.

Clean, convenient location, and a great host
Great experience here! This hotel is a great place to pick if you're looking for something a bit away from the city center and crowds, but still within a 25-35min walk to all the main attractions.
The host, Mario, was super friendly and was always available if we needed anything- his office was just downstairs. Everything was very clean as well!
There are breakfast and laundry options.
Also, if you are on your last day or can't check in just yet but want to leave your luggage to explore you can do so.
Overall, great accommodation experience for our first time in Rome!

Great budget option near train station
This is a great little hotel close to the train station and in a very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurant options. Very safe, great service. 10/10

Truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at this hotel. The owner, Mario, was beyond helpful, accommodating, always available, genuine, and AMAZING. Cannot say enough great things about him and his property. This is not a high end luxury hotel but the experience was more enjoyable than any stay we have had at these high dollar options. We would highly recommend giving his property the opportunity to make an enjoyable visit to Rome. FABULOUS all around!
