I have travelled in Italy extensively and must say that staying at the Domus 21 was the best hotel experience I have had. The location is fantastic with spacious and clean room. Most importantly, the staff are so professional and kind to make sure their guests are taken care of properly. I was scammed by a taxi driver outside the hotel. Fortunately, a hotel staff member passed by and recognised me (it was my 2nd staying). He immediately stepped in to resolve the issue for me. I highly recommend Domus 21!!

Close to the Pantheon, it takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the Trevi Fountain.

It was a very pleasant trip. The palace is really beautiful and old. The place is really beautiful, the room is super comfortable and the staff is very kind. Upon our arrival they made us sit down right away and the room was really beautiful! We will definitely come back!

The room was super satisfying. The breakfast had many varieties and was delicious. Warm and thoughtful service, a pleasant stay.

I like this hotel very much. The location is good and the service is good. The transportation at the door is very convenient. The hotel website also has many food tips. It is one of my best memories in Rome. If I go to Rome next time, I will choose to stay here again.

Both rooms have a common problem: the bath water is hot and cold, which makes bathing uncomfortable Service: Very good Overall, it is recommended, but if you like hotter bath water, it is recommended to contact the front desk in advance

The hotel is not a traditional hotel style, it is an apartment style, suitable for art students.

超級好，在羅馬的中心位置，有這麼大的房間和豪華裝修，真的太少見了，乾淨整潔，而且裝修的很有格調和藝術氣息，用的床上用品質量很好，睡的很舒適，很安靜，而且距離所有景點，都在步行15分鐘以內。雖然沒有早餐，但是周邊樓下，很多專門賣早餐的小店，這家酒店是我這次歐洲旅行中，住的最好，最滿意的一家。性價比極高

I would absolutely give this place a solid 4.5. If they fix some minor things, it truly would be 5 stars. The staff, the location, the amenities are amazing. The rooms show a bit of wear and tear that could easily be addressed. If those were fixed, I’d give it 5 stars.

Clean and comfortable room on top floor of an apartment block. Very friendly staff, generous free drinks in mini bar and efficient air conditioning (godsend). Perfect location for sights in the middle of Rome and lots of places to eat/drink in easy walking distance.

Astonishing place. Jane, the receptionist, is one of the kindest person I have ever met, she helped us with our luggage after checkout. Room was amazing, the bed is perfect, everything’s clean as brand new. 15 minutes from everything you want to see in Roma as a tourist. We’re going to come back for sure!

We stayed this perfect place for honeymoon. First of all, the owner was so kind and friendly. He gave us very nice room. The bed and pillow were fluffy so we had very comfort and deep sleep. The view that we saw everyday was fantastic. I'll recommend here to my friends, family and anyone who visits Rome. :)

Amazing rooms with great view! In the center of Rome, perfect for visiting the main monuments as a tourist. They gave me really good tips about bars and restaurants and they also assisted me in booking them. I really enjoyed my 4 night stay at Domus! I will be back for sure.
