1. First of all, the facilities in the room are not consistent with the pictures. The wardrobe is just a shelf, there are no tables and chairs, and there is no trash can in the room. 2. Every compartment on the towel rack is covered with thick dust🥹Don’t dare to use towels 3. The single bed creaks when you turn over. 4. Send WhatsApp messages throughout the process for self-service check-in. We didn't see any staff until we checked out. 5. The only advantage is that the hotel is very close to the fountain and Spanish Steps 6. Leave a message to us. The restaurants circled on the map and introduced are very good. 7. The city tax charged by the hotel was 7 euros more than what was charged on the booking form. I commend Ctrip’s customer service. After feedback, the customer service asked an agent to help me get the difference back. After I complained about the inconsistency in the hotel pictures, the customer service asked me to send him pictures and then took the initiative to apply for compensation for me👍Ctrip staff are still responsible

Near the Spanish Steps, eating, shopping and more are very convenient. You can walk to all the attractions! Great experience. The boss prepared a map and gave us good suggestions. There is free coffee in the living room! If I have the opportunity to go to Rome again, I will stay here again!

We just left after a 5-night stay. The location is amazing! A few minutes to the main high street, Trevi Fountain and other attractions. Supermarket 2 minutes away. It was so nice to have a place in the middle of all the chaos. Rome is extremely busy, stimulating, hot, and noisy. We could come back to refresh and recharge throughout the day. Also, Rome has possibly no public toilets so it was super convenient to be staying right there. We were only a few floors up but absolutely no noise. An oasis in the desert! The room was clean and with everything we needed. The AC was cold and not restricted which isn't always a given in Rome. The family room was perfect so my daughter had her own bed, not a couch bed. Would definitely recommend.

I stay in Rome many times each year and have had the best experience at this charming hotel. The staff separates this place from the competition no matter the price point. Frederica made arrangements for my arrival with great care. Zoya made each day a joy with recommendations and her concern for my experience. The rooms are comfortable and contrary to another review had a good size bathroom with excellent water pressure. The Location is amazing. Rome is expensive as i have experienced at the most famous of its hotels. This hotel will be home for me now. I am in love!!

First of all - Federica and Zoya are pure gold :) Thank you for your genuine kindness, understanding and patience. The placement is 10 out of 10, and at the end it was a very good quality/price deal, especially for the emplacement... Everything is clean, beds - very comfortable... Thank you for everything! I miss you and Rome already!

A friendly advice: don’t go there! There are 5 major disadvantages: 1. No hot water 2. The reception service poor and limited. (9:00 am-16:00, not everyday) 3.the room very small 4.noise from the street 5.the maintenance condition of the room is not good. The location is good

Excellent cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, refined environment in every detail. Breakfast is not included, but the room is equipped with a valuable coffee machine and a useful kettle. Nothing is really missing, a very pleasant stay!!!

Hotel ubicato ad angolo con via del Corso e a letteralmente due passi da piazza del Parlamento. Struttura ben curata, la camera non molto grande ma confortevole e pulita..unico neo, l’assenza del bidet. Personale gentilissimo, Federica molto disponibile e pronta a fornire sempre informazioni e consigli. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
