Personale accogliente, ho apprezzato la pulizia delle camere (ho prenotato 3 camere). Una nota dolente per alcune camere sprovviste del bidè e docce con entrata difficoltosa . Di certo non prenoterei più per la camera sottotetto al terzo piano.

B&b carino ed essenziale. La signora che gestisce molto gentile e disponibile. Ho prenotato tramite smartbox e aggiunto una notte in più e i letti per i miei figli grazie alla disponibilità della struttura. La stanza era piccolina ma per qualche giorno va benissimo. A 5 minuti di macchina c'è un centro commerciale sull'Anagnina.

There was no heat in our room! We were not told before we checked in that there was no heat. It was 50 degrees during the day and 40 degrees at night. When we called the receptionist, Rita, she said that the heaters weren't working in any of the rooms, and that they had called a technician but he still had not come.
Also, the "breakfast" was only yogurt and pastries; cookies or croissant. We had to wait for the receptionist to come to request coffee, and had to ask for a second cup of coffee; no place to get coffee without her making it.
We had no information how to check-in. When we arrived, our taxi rang the bell on the gate and it was unlatched, but we had no instructions on where to go. The door to the desk was at the back of the building and up a flight of stairs. I finally went through a little gate at the back and knocked on the door there. A man came out and took me up the stairs to the check-in desk.
The bidet did not drain. The receptionist came in, in an impatient attitude, and pulled the plug for it.

Ho soggiornato 3 giorni fa con mio marito in questo b&b;la stanza era una mansardata piccola, con un bagno a dir poco minuscolo, senza bidet, siamo in Italia!!!La pulizia era buona quando siamo arrivati, ma poi nei 2 giorni non e stata rifatta.La chiave della stanza va lasciata obbligatoriamente in loco, in una casetta apposita, ma che rimane aperta e quindi volendo tutti la posso prendere; non ce l wi.fi. La colazione e inclusa ma praticamente inesistente, infatti il secondo giorno l abbiamo fatta al bar. La posizione e fuori dal raccordo anulare, quindi se non si va con un mezzo proprio e molto lontano arrivare in centro, e anche con quello (noi eravamo in scooter) ci vuole un bel po di tempo, visto il traffico. La persona che c era in loco, si e limitata a darci la chiave,2 striminzite informazioni e basta. Sicuramente non ci tornerei.

The room facility is good and the included breakfast is the icing on the cake. We’re really grateful for the owner to be so patient with us. She helped us booking for a taxi when the taxi App FreeNow failed us.
Location-wise, it’s a bit rural, however we found the public transport is easy to use, a bus will take you to the metro station, then you can easily go anywhere from there. Rome has good public transportation system, one ticket can take you anywhere so long as it’s within 90 minutes. For the price and service, it’s highly recommended.

Perfect welcome thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the lady who looked after us. Clean, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast and location. Easily accessible by bus and then by metro in less than half an hour you can reach the center of Rome. I highly recommend the property located in a residential area with a garden
