Great hotel location. But some things of the hotel management are very funny, there is a kind of Italian crying and laughing. The first night of check-in was delayed until 11 pm due to an accident on the highway from Florence to Rome. At the front desk, the old man at the reception told us that he was the last guest today. He was very considerate to upgrade the room for us. Mysteriously, he took out a hidden key that can open the hidden floor that cannot be seen on the elevator-the sixth floor . To be honest, I still feel very happy here, because the hotel has a history of more than 100 years, we were actually assigned to the ”secret floor”. I was a little excited, and my brain filled a lot of ”What has happened on the sixth floor? ”. But when I opened the room, they looked half as small as the superior suites I ordered, and didn't even have a bathtub. So call the front desk to verify, the old man at the front desk informed that this room is indeed called deluxe suites, which is higher than superior. I discussed with him, why the higher-level room could not even open the two suitcases, and the little old man was helpless, and told the truth that I know that all the rooms are fully booked today, and I can only change rooms tomorrow. Ok, I understand that the hotel just had to hide the 6th floor name as as deluxe suites ..... but it is actually a classic room (rolling its eyes). . . The difference between classic and superior is about RMB 1,000. I called Ctrip for the first time to ask questions and solutions. I also showed the room photos, and the difference between the order description (the difference between 15 and 35). The phrase ”the hotel said that it has upgraded the room for you” will roll another hundred eyes. . . The hotel changed rooms the next day, but it was just changed to my original specifications, because in the honeymoon, I didn't want to toss anymore. But disappointed with Ctrip's approach.

The entire staff was kind, attentive and helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Rome! The rooms were large, clean and the details were thoughtful with excellent lighting, heated towel rack, and many special extras. They were especially helpful with restaurant recommendations, transportation and made reservations for us! The hotel is only 6 months old, so it is new and beautiful! The location is excellent with many restaurants, shopping and things to see close by. You won’t be disappointed with this hotel!

Awesome hotel, thanks for the upgraded room, all the facilities are satisfactory, there is a capsule coffee machine. The hotel is very close to the Spanish Steps. At 7 o'clock in the morning, Rome has not yet awakened. It is very good to quietly climb the stairs to the Vatican Church.

The location of the hotel is very good, just near the People's Square, about 7 minutes walk to Plaza de España, very close to the famous shopping street. The hotel breakfast starts at 7 o'clock, the general Western breakfast, cappuccino is delicious. There are many restaurants around, lunch and dinner per person 30-60 Euro. Hotel facilities are slightly old, but the service is very good, clean the refrigerator every day to replenish the drinking fire, and the heating is sufficient in winter. Check in is very safe! The only shortcoming is that WiFi in the room is not very powerful.

Great boutique hotel on a quiet street 2 blocks off of a Main Street. The rooms are beautiful with many amenities. Breakfast is amazing. The front deck/ concierge is friendly , attentive and makes excellent dinner recommendations . A very stylish and well run hotel !

Stayed September 2023 for 3 days with family of 4 Room: Junior Suite. I give all my credit to professional prompt personnel. Had to rebook our stay for to getting Covid-19 for. Muhammad at front desk was the best help: calm, professional and very prompt. I am very thankful for all his help out stay was great thanks to him! Absolutely gorgeous hotel bathroom especially. Room is elegantly decorated same way the entire hotel is. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks and helped with bags. Breakfast was great as well. I did miss my usual smoked salmon though. Madeleine was very friendly and welcoming, taking care of all our needs during breakfast. My daughter doesn’t want scrambled eggs so we asked for freshly made 2 sunny side up eggs and wish was immediately granted! I asked for a plastic cup to take my coffee to go, and Priscilla said “I will make a fresh one for you right away!”. It was very nice of her. Best part: due to working until 3am on computer, O told my family I will be skipping breakfast and sleeping in. How surprised I was when upon my husband and daughter arrival back to the room: the door opened and Priscilla walked in with a tray full of all breakfast items! Hotel does cost quite a bit, but the personnel professional approach is worth it 100%. The only minor issue we had was shower door that wasn’t fully closing that’s why we kept putting towels on the floor. However, everyday housekeeping did excellent job cleaning! Location is center- walk literally to anything important. As a finishing point of our Italian trip we had a romantic evening with drinks (and delicious free snacks to go with it) on the rooftop terrace. Again staff and drinks quality was amazing. Thank you everyone and greetings from Chicago, USA! We will be back.

Great location, bed was fairly comfortable and somewhat friendly staff but that's about it. You are on a very busy thoroughfare being the Via del Corso and its very noisy at night so bring your ear plugs. I have NEVER been in a room where there is a tub with a handheld shower and NO shower curtain so it was a constant struggle to keep water off the floor. Breakfast was good yet lone female during April 24 was openly unfriendly and condescending. I read all the reviews before we booked and having done so I don't get the people who gave 4 or 5-star ratings with comments praising this place, maybe they were just drunk on Italian wine.

Hotel service is very good, when you meet people, you will be greeted with super enthusiasm, the interior decoration is simple and beautiful, the drinks in the refrigerator are free to drink, and you can also send cookies and snacks every day. There are several USB ports on the bed and table. It is convenient to charge and the service is indeed Ok, nothing, the only problem is that the sound insulation is not very good~

The hotel upgrades our largest suites, the rooms are elegant and inviting, with a kitchenette, their own sauna and fitness equipment. Breakfast is in the roof garden, the atmosphere is not too good. Downstairs is the shopping Via condotti. Hotel staff are friendly and friendly. The only problem is that it feels less soundproof.

It is the most satisfying hotel in my European travel for more than ten days. The decoration is very delicate and the breakfast is very delicate! I like it very much, shopping is very convenient, and all the snacks and drinks in the mini bar will not be charged extra.
