The receptionist is super friendly. The room is clean and tidy but not looking very good in maintenance.

Clean and quiet, lovely spacious room. Beefeater restaurant onsite if needed. Free parking is a bonus. Handy location for shopping centres and getting into town for food and entertainment. Short walk to train station.

The hotel was conveniently located not far from the train station and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly but the temperature in the room was far too hot and it was impossible to reduce the heat on the thermostat. We had two difficult nights there because of the high temperature in the room and on one of the nights we were woken up by a loud banging sound which lasted 1/2 hr.

This is one of the better Premier Inns I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy enough. Room was clean and tidy and even had a fan in without requesting one. Location was ideal, bars just a short walk away and maybe 10 minutes to the Elizabeth Line. Car parking was good, was there early enough to grab a decent space. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, good choice, friendly staff.

Great location, very central to everything in Romford. Love the fact the car park is free, so many places either don't have one or charge you for it. There is a Beefeater attached that offers a good meal deal. Very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again when in town

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was Very nice as was an evening meal.

The room was comfortable enough but deliberately making the free Wifi slow to make customers pay for the Premier Inn Premium Wifi is slightly underhand. The speeds on the standard connection were shocking. The staff were pleasant. The car park could do with a litter pick too.

Breakfast has to be improved from offering decaf tea to the cooked breakfast beng hot not cold when brought to your table Climbing into a high Bath to have a shower is dangerous and then the realisation if you want a safety mat, you have to get one from reception doh

Great hotel windows open and tv works. Mobile reception is good and rooms are clean and you get what you've paid for 100% .
