Hotel should apologise and refund my money. Unbelievably smelly and bad place. Staff was helpless. Towels were very old and gone thin with the time. Major issue was the smell and quality of the accommodation

So the hotel wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst either Good points were. The staff especially Reece and Umar. So very helpful and friendly. Close to Station and Shops. Bad points were too hot and no change of sheets unless you stayed a week! We paid almost £1k for two rooms for 5 nights. There’s no hairdryer in the room. I had to ask which was inconvenient.the cold water tap hardly worked and in the morning no water pressure in the shower and the Parking is really expensive. Even with discount. Which I only got once as you need to leave your car overnight to receive the discount was £15 /10 with discount per day. I wouldn’t stay here again as the prices are far too expensive for this kind of hotel. Especially as it is filled with homeless and immigrants

isabella was more then helpful . We stay here alot and never have any problems . Great staff. Good location close to train stations and restaurants plenty of shops close by .. not much noise and plenty of parking.. market is on a few days a weel also

Excellent stay, front desk couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, highly recommend 10/10. You really can’t fault this hotel, good location at a great price. Everything you’d possibly need is only a stone throw away. Highly recommend!!!

Great service, very friendly and accommodating. Front of house was very friendly. Clean and tidy Easy to find and lose to all the amenities of the local area. Did not use a car park. But if I did there was a car park that was close to the hotel. Good stay

It’s very good and the Service is really good so the room is clean. And the bathroom is good and clean and the bed so soft and nice even the floor clean and the View it’s nice The breakfast is too good And the Wi-Fi is too fast Even the alarm it Work this all

I have stayed at the hotel quite a few times in the past. Mr Umar with reception was very kind and made our stay pleasant from the start by accommodating an early check in. We arrived quite early and we were tired and this helped a lot. We will be returning for sure.
