Sono stato in qst albergo due volte. In posizione ottima vicino tangenziale e vicino al palazzetto dello sport di Brescia. In una zona commerciale piena di c. commerciali. Colazione vasta e abbondante. Personale cordiale e gentile che sa consigliarti anche x il lago di Garda. Zona strategica e tranquilla x sostare e ripartire. Non è il caso se ci sono tornato 2 volte e forse anche di piu

The property even if it is partially renovated, still had to move from the room 3 times, because of damaged pipes, unavailability fo the prepaid room, etc. The front desk ladies were polite, but the outcome not as expected. No kitchen, si breakfast and meals are precooked and cold.

The property is well located, but i had a lot of troubles with:
1 Parking, it is not on site, there is a public parking accessible, indeed with 1-2 minutes walk;
2. the Room was extremely noisy, i had to change it the next day, because it was too noisy and it was not the one i paid for, but slower standard;
3. the next room that i was offered, had serious problems with water dripping form the room above. after getting the clothes wet, i had to move again to another room, which finally was looking like the one in the pictures;
4. i had to pay an extra fee for my child's stay, even if the conditions on the site did not provide such fee, if the room is booked for 2 adults;
5. the breakfast was and is not prepared at the place, there si no restaurant, everything is cold and you can choose between salami with bread and butter or omelette prepared with at least 4 hours in advance and keep warm by a heater.
it is a pity for such a nice located hotel to bring tourists through all this hustle..

Hotel dal buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetterebbe qualcosa di più, ma visto il costo può andar bene per 1-2 notti. Camera pulita e letto comodo. Servizio alla reception estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Unico neo, quando la card non è inserita nel circuito della camera il riscaldamento non funziona, idem per il frigo bar con il risultato di trovare la stanza fredda e le bevande calde al rientro in camera! Migliorabile l'insonorizzazione delle camere.

Hotel comodo per l'ingresso autostradale. Di fronte alla struttura c'è un grande parcheggio gratuito. La camera molto spaziosa arredata con cura.
