Excellent Hotel fantastic room Excellent service the staff couldn’t do enough for us we enjoyed all of the facilities the sauna and hot tub on our terrace with amazing views of the Alps

Though the restaurant was closed on our arrival the young lady on the desk brought us a cold platter and drinks . The room was equipped with a fully stocked bar and coffee machine

5 star experience!
Extremely polite and helpful receptionists and breakfast personelle! Very extensive and customizable breakfast and variations I haven't tried before. Definitely was a 5 star experience! Would gladly come back. Travelling with a child was also made very easy.

Abbiamo trascorso una notte in camera fiammetta con mezza pensione . Accoglienza non all’altezza sicuramente in quanto abbandonati a noi stessi ; giardino “segreto” , cioè quello a disposizione della camera , molto trascurato ( forse perché è novembre ) come anche trascurati sono molti dettagli della struttura e della camera ( vasca idromassaggio e wc molto molto datati e necessitano di manutenzione perché sbeccati e non all’altezza di un albergo ) ; abbiamo chiesto cambio camera ma non c’era disponibilità . Necessita quindi di una manutenzione a tutto tondo . Peraltro cena e colazione buone anche se con i prezzi abbiamo avuto qualche perplessità , non è chiaro cosa c’è di extra e cosa no e conto con addebiti in più . Forse siamo stati sfortunati noi . Speriamo magari nella prossima .

Innanzitutto le persone : gentili , accoglienti e professionali . La struttura situata in una zona tranquilla è molto caratteristica, elegante e ben congegnata .La camera (suite Palmieri ) è fornita di ogni comfort : doppia scelta di cuscini , in bagno doppio lavabo e ampia vasca idromassaggio, sauna esterna , balcone e giardino con sdraio .Ulteriore nota di merito è rappresentata dal ristorante che in un ambiente caldo e raffinato offre un ‘ ampia scelta di prelibatezze. Complimenti a tutti !

Questo posto delizioso ha superato ogni nostra aspettativa...il tempo non era dalla nostra parte vista la pioggia, ma la camera e i suoi servizi erano talmente belli che nemmeno ci siamo resi conto del meteo.. davvero tutto bellissimo. Non da meno il ristorante, anzi, abbiamo assaggiato dei piatti strepitosi, uno più buono dell'altro. E la colazione super..direi un risveglio perfetto.
