Pre paid the room, it was used by another guest couple hours before and it was not refreshed (the bed). Had to change my own sheets with the guard (he was nice by the way). Dramatic hotel.

The staff were all very friendly.
Lot's of choice for the buffet breakfast.
The room was clean, the only criticism is lack of electrical sockets, there was only spare one and that was on the opposite side of the room to the beds. The beds are a small single.
Parking is available but if you arrive mid-late evening it maybe full, there is on street parking though.

De ontvangst was aardig, daarna was eigenlijk alles matig. Bij inchecken gevraagd om een speciale wens betreffende de factuur, zou geregeld worden, bleek dus 2 dagen later niet geregeld. Bij online reservering credit-card gegevens doorgegeven om reservering te bevestigen, deze zou niet belast worden, was toch belast (ik had anders willen betalen in het hotel, dit had ik ook bij reservering aangegeven). Prijs voor ontbijt (€17,75) is zwaar overvraagd, ontbijt bij een Ibis BUDGET hotel is 2 klassen beter en een stuk goedkoper (€9,50). Bovendien was het zeer druk en slechts 2 dames voor opruimen van tafel e.d. We hebben zelf een tafel af moeten ruimen om te kunnen zitten. Veel producten ontbraken, het duurde lang dat ze weer op het buffet stonden. Personeel was chagrijnig, kan ik mij overigens voorstellen in zo’n werksfeer… Jammer, geen goede ervaring….
