Villa Paradis

Used to traveling alone, I book 2 nights by phone. Arriving there, I add 1 additional night. No worries, there is availability. 1st night without problem, 2nd night cockroaches running in the bathroom... I get rid of them but don't sleep at night. The next day, I reported it, they seemed very surprised and I was offered a room upstairs with a sea view. The evacuations being the same, I refused and preferred to leave after 2 nights. To my great surprise, I was still billed for the 3rd night, and what's more, at the price of €160... an amount which had never been communicated to me. After many and many exchanges, the night "drops" to 100 € and I hear "It's like that and it's not otherwise!!!" Advice, which we inform you in writing in this Establishment. I then knew that it was not the first time (rooms 4 and 5 are affected after the rains). The manager showed obvious bad faith and was not considering any financial gesture. On the contrary, you are penalized a second time by charging you for one night even though you did not sleep there! And I thought that I was going to be given breakfast as a gift... at €18 anyway and to be added to the price of the room!!! I do not recommend at all.

Wir hatten bei der Buchung auf die Bewertungen und Fotos vertaut. Die Lage und Parkmöglichkeiten des Hotels sind super. Man kann sowohl auf dem Hof als auch auf der Straße parken. Die Villa ist etwas heruntergekommen und ist nicht gepflegt wie auf den Bildern. Das Zimmer mit Gartenblick konnte man nur durch die Terrassentür erreichen. Die freilaufende Katze kam in unser Zimmer, was wohl normal ist, da diese auch bei der Reinigung die Mitarbeiter begleitet und im Zimmer rumläuft. Das Zimmer hat zudem sehr muffig gerochen. Wir würden leider nicht wiederkommen.

hôtel décoré avec beaucoup de gout et de classe comme Emilie la responsable ca du être un énorme travail bravo! et un personnel très bien veillant et dune grande gentillesse cet simple quand vous êtes dans cette endroit vous êtes super bien et n avez plus envie de le quitter a refaire avec plaisir .
