Hemos pasado unos días estupendos,la comida buenísima y la atención de 10. Mencionar con mucho cariño a Dani el chico de animación que gracias a él ampliamos nuestra estancia un día más!y a María .gracias también a Nancy, Julia y Dani, del equipo de camareros, que nos han atendido de forma inmejorable. Como punto a mejorar diría que repasaran un poco mejor las habitaciones...por lo demás volveremos seguro!!! Gracias por éstos días!

Mi hermana tiene movilidad reducida y el acceso a la piscina ha sido perfecto para ella. El personal es muy amable, haciendo mención especial a Adriana en la cocina en vivo, Dani en el bar de la piscina y Nancy en la cafetería. Sin duda volveremos

Excellent hotel superb. Breakfast was exceptional lots of choice anything you could think of cooked or not. Lovely pool with lifeguard and facilities. Only thing missing coffee making facilities in room which would have made the stay perfect

Entrada un poco tarde piscina justa limpieza okss y lo que me ha sorprendido a bien es la pc del comedor comida buena variedad y te incluye la bebida recomendable para familia con niños y cerca de la playa volveremos sin duda las copas un poco caras pero estamos de vacaciones

Hotel normalito para ir con la familia. Instalaciones aceptables, buffet muy justito y postres todos los días iguales. Lo mejor de todo el hotel es que te entran las bebidas en el buffet. La piscina bastante bien. La animación justita. Cerca de la playa. Muy buena ubicación en la urbanización que tienes de todo. Lo peor de todo, el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones. Ningún día nos pusieron las toallas ni nos dieron gel y champú. Tuvimos que reclamarlos todos los días. Llegaban las 15 horas y no estaban las habitaciones hechas, y claro, luego le pasan la fregona y a correr, te dicen que no les quedan toallas. Si no fuera por el servicio de limpieza habitaciones lo recomendaría para volver,.pero no, no se puede un 4* con estos servicios de malos.

El peor hotel donde me e alojado,comida a granel sin sabor hasta les dije a los camareros probarla y me dijeron que ya lo sabían,postres todos de polvos,habitaciones si sois 2 perfecto pero nosotros éramos 4 y nos metieron en la misma eso no lo e visto porque yo dije en la reserva la edad de los niños y que eran grandes,PERO LO PEOR PARA MI son esas noches de espectáculo y diversión que te prometen y los animadores que tienen menos arte que un ruso en la feria de abril a su bola sin ninguna gana los niños aburridos,los mayores más todavía y al final la gente o se sube a dormir o se va a dar un paseo o peor todavía se van a otros espectáculos de los hoteles de alrededor.Y encima reserve 8 días que se me están haciendo eternos

Nos ha gustado la ubicación, la variedad de comida, la amabilidad del personal. También la bebida incluida en la pensión completa es un plus. No nos ha gustado nada, que le hayamos pedido al chef de la plancha que pasara un filete un poco más para mi mujer embarazada, y no quisiera hacerlo. Diciendonos que cogiera un filete más hecho de la bandeja. Faltan zonas de sombra en la piscina. Y no había champú en las habitaciones.

This is a Spanish hotel with almost 100% of guests Spanish. Not a problem for us but other English visitors may want some english speaking entertainment etc. overall value for money it is very good. Public spaces clean, staff friendly, nice pool and in a very good location. The negatives are - We stayed self catering - there was no kettle, toaster or any utensils at all. Not great when even the basics aren’t supplied Most of the sun beds are hard plastic that should have a mattress on. These don’t and are extremely uncomfortable. Not sure how anyone would think these are acceptable. This meant we spent most days on the beach where they do have mattresses! The entertainment went on past midnight which was way too loud in our son’s bedroom meaning he couldn’t get to sleep! All in all happy with the hotel considering the cost.

Como Hotel un 10 sigo aquí en el hasta el dia 14 de agosto, pero yo el único pero que pongo son los colchones...son horribles de muelles aún!!! Por dios venimos a descansar y a mi marido y a mi se nos clavan los muelles!!! Nos levantamos con unos dolores de espalda que alucinas...por lo demás no tengo queja alguna, cambiar los colchones de muelles por dios!!!
