The hotel has an excellent location that allows you to explore the city, the coast, and has easy access to a variety of gastronomic venues. The spacious room, with a good closet, safe and minibar. It also had an electric kettle, tea and coffee bags. The bathroom is complete but small, with little space for personal belongings. Independent garage around the hotel. Varied buffet breakfast. It has a restaurant. Very good staff attention. We would definitely stay again.

We all felt comfortable in this hotel which was perfectly suited to our needs while on tour. Very well located in the city center, super friendly staff, comfortable rooms. Varied breakfast.

I loved my stay at this hotel. It's big, well maintained and the service is excellent. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and all the necessary amenities, such as a minibar, safe, and TV. I also had dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious and at a good price. I recommend this hotel!

The location is very good in the center of Rosario. Quick check in and check out. Very good buffet breakfast. Good confectionery and bar service. We had dinner at the hotel and the food was good. All the staff very friendly and attentive. We stayed in a suite. But there are details that cannot be missed in a 4-star hotel. In the suite the air conditioning unit did not work in heat mode (the hotel was aware of this). If the radiator heating was not on and it was cold, there was no way to heat the room. The mattress is not consistent with a hotel of this category. I didn't have slippers. There was no notepad or pen. There was no bathrobe. The desk lamp didn't work. I would stay at this hotel again.

Excellent service. The facilities are very well maintained, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, varied and fresh! I only stayed one night but I would return without hesitation. The location is strategic, in the central part. The reception staff were extremely friendly

Spacious and super comfortable room. The bathroom has little maintenance, and it shows. The bathtub leaked water and every time you took a bath the entire bathroom floor flooded. Lack of maintenance. The breakfasts are super varied and delicious. Only criticism: we asked for 2 coffees for the room... 2 coffees $400, to go up 2 floors $300. In the room we found a pair of Adidas sneakers that the hotel people never saw when cleaning the room and the owner claimed them because of what they told us at the reception when I went to return them. The hotel was not even a courtesy...

The hotel does not offer guarantees of anything. They stole 700 US dollars from my suitcase. There is no way they could be lost or fall out of the envelopes because they were in different envelopes. They took out the two envelopes to pretend that everything was fine until I counted the two individually and they were missing in both envelopes. The hotel only excuses itself by doing an investigation with access to the room keys and an interview with the maids, claiming that they have been working there for 20 and 30 years and that this had never happened. They are thiefs . Never stay in that hotel because the experience is bad and very sad to know that they rob you in the face.

It has a good location and the neighborhood is very quiet, close to everything and with buses that pass by the corner all the time. The internet is mediocre, we had almost no signal in the room. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is of good quality. They have a fridge bar, electric kettle, and cups to make some infusions. There is a safe. The heating is with Split air, the first room they gave me had a broken air conditioning, it was very noisy, that night I had to sleep there, because they did not have rooms to change, the next day they changed it for a superior one. The service is good, everyone is very friendly. The buffet breakfast is very complete, highly recommended. The truth is that it is a hotel to recommend.
