Ich habe meine Brieftasche im Hotel vergessen und auch nach 3 Wochen noch nicht erhalten. In einem Mail werde ich dann noch indirekt als "mühsamen Kunde" beschimpft, welcher ja für die Betreiber so viel Zusatzaufwand generiert. Das Hotel an sich wäre schön, gepflegt und gut gelegen. Schade also, dass dieser Service für mich nun alles kaputt macht.

Keine Rezeption, und damit war das Chaos vorprogrammiert. Online Checkin, der ein Code auf eigene Email sendet, leider 1 Tag nach Einkunft wurde dieser Empfangen. Man soll eine Tel. Nummer anrufen bei Probleme allerdings muss man mehrmals anrufen um jemanden am Telefon zu bekommen. Rückruf Fehlanzeige!

Frukost måste beställas 24 timmar, eller kl 14, dagen innan. Så boka inte med kort varsel om du vill ha frukost.
Det är plastunderlägg under lakanet. Jag personligen har väldigt svårt att sova på sådana eftersom deg blir väldigt svettigt.

Ottimo Hotel Comodo per chi è da queste parti arredato con gusto e moderno, camere spaziose e colazione a servizio. NON c'è reception ma tutto registrazione online. È a circa 20 km dall'aeroporto ed ha un ampio parcheggio gratuito Da ritornarci sicuramente
