L'hôtel se trouve être un ancien manoir du XVIIème siècle mais il dispose d'une extension plus moderne. Cela n'ôte rien au charme du lieu. En bord de mer, vous aurez une vue sur l'étendue marine à 180 degrés, dès lors que vous aurez réservé la suite côté mer ou la chambre de luxe Batz avec terrasse. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Le restaurant propose une carte soignée basée sur les fruits de mer (mais pas que). Selon que vous aurez choisi une chambre ou une suite de luxe, les tarifs sont différents mais le service reste de grande qualité. Un conseil, si vous venez en couple dans la suite de luxe Batz il faut que ce soit avec la femme ou l'homme de votre vie.

We stayed five nights at this hotel. The room had access to an outside area which was unkempt and on the balcony construction work was being carried out on a daily basis throughout our stay, it began every morning from approximately 8.30am until 6pm every evening. Therefore it was impossible to stay in the room during this timeframe.

Chambre très moyenne. Service du restaurant étoilé pas du tout au niveau de nos attentes. Dommage et on reviendra pas et on ne peut pas recommander cet établissement.

We spent 5 days here. The bedroom was in the modern extension, large & comfortable with a balcony overlooking the sea. The £500 a night price tag did not include breakfast which was an added 30 euros. The breakfast choice was limited & the hot food not cooked to order as one would expect in a hotel of this calibre. The hotel bar was drab & uninviting. There was no garden & the only outside space was a terrace by the main entrance above the road. All in all a disappointing experience & not good value for money

Le personnel est formidable et très accueillant , quant à la table du restaurant elle mérite amplement son étoile au guide michelin de par la grande qualité de ses plats aux saveurs justes et sublimes; sans oublier une équipe au service très qualifiée

This is the third time we've stayed here and I report that it remaions consistently good. Everything I said in last year's review remains the same. True, this year's room ( a clone of last years) was small but it met our needs. Everything worked. It was clean and tidy and well-maintained. There are wonderful views over the port. The breakfast was simply superb. The pool is of a good size and the very relaxing. True, use of the hamman is expensive for what you get. Housekeeping was excellent and the staff are amongst the most professional, courteous, friendly and warm that we have ever encountered: we were not treated as a commodity but as honoured and welcome guests. The restaurant does have a somewhat ecletic menu but if you read the menuT in advance you'll understand what you'll get. Yes seafood features but not the offal. There are some negative reviews here. Ignore them.

This is an extremely nice hotel with a lot of history, but it's not cheap ! Saying that, you have to pay if you want a great location and a high level of comfort. The staff are lovely and very professional - great indoor swimming pool - we ate in the bar as the renowned restaurant was closed, but the food was not great - our room had wood-clad walls and gave the impression of sleeping in a luxury garden shed - it was spotlessly clean and comfortable but a bit weird - I don't think it really warranted the 200+ euro price tag for one night !
