It’s a nice place to stay with all the updates to the rooms. Been here for over 2 years. Yes there was a pest control issue but it got taken care of. The pest control guy was great. Yes there are rules but that’s anywhere you stay. So if your loud in your room and get complaints and if you smoke in your room you will be told to leave. Juliet the manager is very nice.

This is the place for extended stay. Nice staff, recently renovated room, clean, facilities on site, amenities in room, friendly neighbors, private entrance, good parking situation. Close to stores, sights, things to do.

Dont waste your money. For same price or cheaper you can stay down the road in Micco. This place has absurd rules. It's a motel but they expect you to clean up trash and pull weeds. They want a deposit and they find any reason to kick you out and keep it. They claim its extended stay only but tell cops the complete opposite to kick you out without warning. Juliet, the person in the office, got kicked out of her home and moved into motel and just made the environment worse for everyone. She picks and choose who she wants to give a hard time to. You look around and people have Walker and grills by their doors. She keeps dogs outside even though everyone else isn't allowed to have pets and another rule is you can't keep anything outside. Like I said, rules apply to whoever she wants. The place is full of mold and roaches. Woke up every morning with roaches in the bathroom and by the front door. They want you to clean up outside, do yardwork and your own pest control but kick you out without warning. Wifi only works half the day. It is constantly going out. They have a separate building for pilots that they actually maintain and treat it as a motel and provide the basic amenities but dont expect that if you rent a room with them because it's not offered to anyone else.

The place is filthy and they expect you to maintain it. Office lady is very rude. Roaches everywhere but they think a coat of paint changes that. The lady in the office likes to pick on certain people even if they are disabled. What motel have you ever stayed at where you were told you had to pick weeds and pick up trash outside? STAY FAR FAR AWAY

Wait a great place . Friendly people and a great location .’ Stress free is what I was looking for . Able to get to my car easily. Not a fan of hotels and take a elevator to the 16th floor and takes 20 minutes to get to my room . Stay here instead !! Great way to travel . Hassle free . Meet people . Comfy beds . Believe me I like my mattress. I wouldn’t stay if I couldn’t sleep !
