The service, specially at the restaurant was excellent. I didn't like the happy hours food but with more than 30% tip, I showed my appreciation of the excellent service from Carla (I believe it was her name but not sure). We had some problem with the entry key both days but they fix the problem very fast. They were supposed to clean thr Room the second day but they didn't. Overall it was very good and I like to give them 4.5 stars out of 5. We will go there again for sure, next time we go to LA.

The pillows and bed sheet were dirty.flush was not functioning.

Good location, across the street from the mall and not too far of a drive to downtown LA. Clean and service was nice

Double tree hotel in Rosemead California has a ideal location for my business trip which is almost the center of Great Los Angeles. It is close to downtown Los Angeles and City of Industry. I can meet suppliers and clients in about the same time.

I am writing this letter to share my observations and experiences at your hotel. Overall, I think the hotel's environment is average, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, I would like to suggest some improvements to the overall atmosphere of the hotel, particularly regarding the condition of the indoor facilities. Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel has left a good impression on me. The rooms and public areas are quite clean, which was an important consideration for me during my stay. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team in this regard. However, I must point out that the indoor facilities of the hotel appear somewhat outdated. The furniture and equipment in the rooms seem to have been in use for a long time, and some of them are even worn out. This gives me a sense of antiquity and has affected my overall experience during my stay. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that the hotel management consider updating and maintaining the indoor facilities. This can enhance the overall image of the hotel and provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Once again, thank you for your assistance and service during my stay at the hotel. I hope my feedback will be helpful in improving the hotel.

Safety and cleanliness are two important factors. When DO NOT DISTURB sign was there on the door, staff entered room and messed up bathroom. When I asked about it they said they entered for AC maintenance, if something is scheduled they should inform guests. After informing about messed up bathroom, they didn’t clean it. There are bugs in the bathroom.

Room is clean and spacious. The bed is super comfortable. We stayed at a two-bed room. The TV is a huge plus that it is a 55” TV I think. Two of the lights did not work when we stayed, but it was still bright enough for me.

There is a welcome gift when you check in, and the biscuits are very delicious. The room is average, and you need to make an appointment the day before to clean the room. Breakfast was self-service for the first two days, but later it was changed to ordering, which is not very satisfactory.

The facilities are only given one star, they are really too old, the elevators are products of the last century, the air conditioner is very noisy and can't be turned off completely. The breakfast is worse than the motel, the scrambled eggs are very old, there is no toast, and they charge children $16.99. Finally, I complained to the front desk and they waived it.

Seeing the 15-year renovation, I didn't have much hope, but it was much better than expected. The overall impression is not bad, the room is clean, quiet and cheap, recommended.

The service attitude is very good.

It’s the center of Los Angeles in a physical sense, and it’s very convenient to go anywhere. However, the price of the hotel is not worthy of its services and facilities. It is relatively old and has no service. In summary, it is average.
