Unfortunately, the person responsible is far from a Host or not customer friendly, so I will not stay there again!!

All the staff here are friendly, competent and obliging. Breakfast: great! The rolls, the jams, organic butter, the coffee (it all depends on the beans!), muesli, fruit etc.! The whole hotel and the rooms: sparkling clean. Good beds. The location near the train station: perfect! With the window closed: silence! And a view of the mountains! You don't need a more city hotel! Highly recommended!

New and modern hotel near the station and quiet. New and standard rooms, clean and with modern locks. Self check-in if desired, and close to the center. Be careful with the parking in front, the one with which we have an agreement is however expensive.

If cleanliness, a good bed and a good shower are also your priorities, this hotel offers them. The spaces are not large, but they are well organized and the shower is good and is large enough. 😒Small flaw...the carpet which as we know is difficult to keep perfectly clean, everything else clean! Varied breakfast. Savory, fresh fruit and vegetables, yogurt, various types of fresh bread, jams, Nutella honey. 😒 No cakes. Good coffee and cappuccino. In reception vending machines with snacks, cold drinks and hot drinks available 24/7. In the same building there is a multi-storey car park, at a discounted price, from which it is possible to access the hotel via a connecting door.

My wife and I had work nearby and checked in overnight. Car park around the corner, daily fee for B&B customers 12 euros, monitored, clean but a bit cramped car park, nothing to complain about. Friendly reception, everything was explained to us in peace, breakfast for the next morning could be booked without hesitation. The room was functional, the walls were marked by various baggage bumps, but the crowning glory was the TV remote control, which had probably never been cleaned (see photos). From a hygienic point of view, only to be operated with latex gloves! The room faced a park with a view of the train station, but the noise level was tolerable due to the low train traffic. Sleeping with the window open was not possible, however, as groups of people partying had settled down in front of the window at night and celebrated loudly. Hotel guests also said they had to bang on all the room doors at 4 a.m., a complaint to the hotel manager was answered to the effect that it was the guests' responsibility to stop the roommates who were disturbing the peace to moderate themselves accordingly. Also a view of complying with the instructions on quiet behavior and consideration for other hotel guests that can be read throughout the hotel.

Very good location right next to Rosenheim main station, especially as a stopover. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Rooms not very big, but clean and properly equipped. Also bookable as a 3 or 4 person family room. Prices are okay. Nothing extraordinary, but very good standard, especially for a short stay.

As always, very good. We have often stayed in a B&B hotel. On this arrival they had forgotten to send us the entrance code. After a short time someone from reception came and everything was checked in very quickly by the friendly staff.

Great location, very nice reception, clean room, equipped with everything. The breakfast is completely sufficient and there is a lot of choice, delicious coffee. Centrally located to the city center, maybe 800m. Beautiful parks to chill out in, I'd love to come back

We visited Rosenheim for two days on our way to Italy. Our family room in the B&B was small, clean and absolutely sufficient for our family of four (children aged 6 and 11). Following friendly advice from locals and the hotel owner, we had moved our onward journey to Tuscany to the very, very early hours of Saturday morning to avoid the chaos at the Brenner Pass, so we asked for breakfast on our second day to be cancelled. Our request was immediately granted and just a few hours later the money for breakfast was refunded via PayPal. We would like to thank the team and the friendly boss and will plan our stay here again if we are in the region again. Kind regards from the far north, Family B.

B&B standard: ok for one night. Location directly at the train station and bus station. Correspondingly central, but also correspondingly loud. Sleeping with the window open is unthinkable. Staff friendly, room small but clean. Value for money.
