This hotel went above the post-Covid standard by being customer friendly and providing a delicious hot breakfast. The front desk even keeps doggie clean-up bags available in case you run out. Our stay with our dogs was very nice. We were in St Paul to for a dog show at the RiverCenter. The hotel was an easy, short drive to the event center.

IMO The value/convenience of airport hotels is being able to WALK FROM YOUR ROOM to check in , check your bags, then walk to TSA. This is not possible at this hotel. For some reason this hotel ( property is beautiful BTW) was built so that you need a shuttle from the hotel to the terminal which is literally 500 feet away. Best case scenario if you ONLY HAVE CARRY ONG BAGS and if ( BIG IF as TSA has very limited hours at the hotel connection ) TSA is open you can walk from your room to the boarding gate providing you have a boarding pass. If you have checked bags you have to use the shuttle or as in our case walk outside to the terminal. In reality be prepared to sign up for a shuttle the day before, be prepared to walk downstairs and find a lobby of 50 or more people waiting for one shuttle that runs every 20 minutes. We signed up for the night before a 4am shuttle, arrived at 3:45 am and come 4:45am were still waiting for a ride to the terminal so we actually walked across roads with airport traffic to the terminal............most of the walk had no sidewalks. It was walk or miss our flight. Oh did I mention parking is $29 a night plus tax ? We found it FAR easier, cheaper, more reliable and much less stress to book a hotel a mile or 2 away from offsite parking , stay at that hotel and drive ourselves to off site parking in the morning vs ( EZ air park has multiple shuttles running) fighting for a shuttle. I really HATE writing this review as we stay at the Tampa ( TPA) airport Marriott often and we can walk from our room with all of our bags to the ticketing area then through TSA. When I saw this hotel being built I was excited as it COULD HAVE been a perfect spot the night before a flight............why security is set up the way it is I have no idea and unfortunately it can't be fixed.

We were so impressed with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and common areas were clean. Everything we needed seemed to be there. We slept very well after our long travel. We woke up to an excellent breakfast. It was worth the cost of the cab from the airport and I will use this hotel again if I need to stay in the area.

Stayed at the hotel due to the weather! Room was comfortable, quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions. They also did a great job clearing the snow early the next morning from the front entrance and parking lot. Will definitely stay again!

Front desk help was helpful for the most part. One red-headed female receptionist was not friendly and acted annoyed if u asked for something, but that was the exception to the rule. Food was excellent, nice pool and hot tub, housekeeping did a great job. Very nice place.

KKaylee NashThere was no sheets or pillows for the pull out bed in room. Check in was good. No hot tub that was a big down fall, pool was clean. Rooms were nice. Breakfast was ok with some options. Coffee station was not running when we checked in at 4pm.

GGuest UserEverything was excellent, the staff, the facility, the food, and the room. Spotless and smelled so clean. The staff members I spoke with were professional and very polite. My room was so comfortable and quiet. I checked into this hotel after checking out of a Hilton at another location due to people slamming room doors all night and a 2am party in the room next to mine. The Roseville location was just what I would expect from Hilton. Excellent all around.

At first when we got here we had a little confusion about not having a fridge or microwave in our room but after we was here for a little bit like a month in a half we finally got a microwave. But the staff here including the house keepers were all very respectful and helped us with anything we needed. I mean no it is not the greatest area but if you mind your own business while you stay here, everyone leaves you alone. I really enjoyed Valerie here at the front desk. She is an amazing woman and may God bless her. Theresa and the other young ladies on the house keeping staff thank you so much for everything and your amazing support and hospitality. I will definitely keep this place in mind in the future.

RRussellI recently found myself in a pinch and needed a cheap motel room fast! I found Norwood Inn and suites in Roseville Minnesota through a quick google search. I was able to get a room for under $50 a night through Trip. To my surprise Norwood Inn and suites was a full functioning hotel with a pool, continental, breakfast, and modern amenities, comparable to any major hotel chain. The front desk and rest of staff were first rate! I recommend this place to anyone looking to book a cheap but nice place to stay in the Twin Cities.
