Ho prenotato una settimana ad agosto 2023, chiedendo in anticipo se erano ammessi animali di piccola taglia ,ed avendo ricevuto risposta affermativa ho confermato prenotazione. Una volta in loco , gli altri ospiti si sono lamentati con l'agenzia che il cagnolino in mia assenza piangeva ,premettendo che sono stata assente solo mezz'ora nel primissimo pomeriggio,mi è stato sollecitato di rientrare perché il cane piangeva . Non potendo lasciare il cagnolino da solo ho dovuto interrompere in anticipo il soggiorno. La pulizia dell'appartamento lasciava a desiderare . Ho chiesto se era possibile avere una minima parte di rimborso, dato che sono rimasta solo 48 ore anziché l'intera settimana pagata anticipatamente, ma mi è stato negato .
