We loved staying at cascade motel will definitely stay here next time in Townsville without a doubt. Our unit was really clean, very spacious with everything we needed. It was very central for us too. The swimming pool was very clean . Jeff and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Too much noise from other tenants kids/ young ones. It seems unsafe because you really don’t know if they are clients or trespassers, noisy until midnight somewhere at the back area, other than that the place was clean.

Can't fault this place. It's always clean. Has everything you'd need. Friendly and accommodating staff. Plenty of tables, chairs, hooks and all the little things that a lot of other motels forget matter. Comfy bed. Can't ask for more. We will be booking this place again. This is the second visit. The first visit was a month earlier. So we've had 2 great experiences now.

Fridge etc all appeared brand new; I loved different pillow thicknesses to choose from; the blinds and curtains allowed the room to remain dark after dawn; my studio apartment #12 had a small private outdoor courtyard; being down the back of the complex it was quiet with no traffic noise, the bed was very comfortable, well equipped kitchenette, reasonable price, what more could I want? Highly recommended

I have stayed at quite a few motels in Townsville, this stay is my second time at the Cascades Motel in Townsville, and it certainly won't be the last. It is shaping up to be my "go to motel in Townsville" because it is head and shoulders better than most of the rest. And that's not a hard decision to come by.

A beautiful, fully renovated apartment, with everything included. Staff are helpful and friendly. Motel is close to places to eat and a major shopping centre. As good as inner city apartments at a fraction of the cost. I loved my time there!

We have stayed at this motel twice into the last year, with family and as a couple. The rooms are lovely, updated and very clean. The man (owner) who check us in checked us in both times was extremely helpful. Highly recommend this accommodation:-)
