Fehler in der Buchung können passieren wurden beim Check in jedoch recht speditiv gelöst. Apartment sauber, nichts spezielles, praktisch. Kleine Aufmerksamkeit zu Weihnachten - liebevoll. Und warum dann 5Euro Leihgebühr für nen Bademantel der seinen Zenit schon längst überschritten hat. Und als Bonus noch nen Papiertaschentuch vom Vorgänger drin? Da fehlt einem die Lust etwas positives über das doch ganz nette Wellnessangebot zu schreiben… Liebes Management, schult doch bitte euer Personal besser mit solchen Situationen umzugehen. Der Gesamteindruck könnte um einiges besser sein.

Sehr empfehlenswert auch für einen kurzen Aufentha
Wir waren für 1 Übernachtung hier. Das kleine 2 Zimmerapartment hat uns sehr gut gefallen und war mit der komfortablen Schlafcouch perfekt für uns drei.

Schönes Hotel mit Pool und Sauna.
Der streichelzoo ist sehr schön für die Kinder und die Lage ist auch super.
Fahrräder können im Hotel ausgeliehen werden und vor dem Hotel fährt gleich der Bus nach Warnemünde.
Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt, wir kommen bald wieder :-)
