The room needs to be renovated, there were cockroached in the restroom, and the pool was dirty. At least the beds were soft.

Our check in was very quick. The gentleman was very nice. We had went to our room and it was dirty. They apologized and switched us rooms. This one was clean but outside our window was the entrance to that wing and people stood outside our window to smoke. Absolutely no privacy.
The main hall and foyer had a very strong odor - like urine.
They did have a fairly good breakfast but it was in the main area and the odor made it not enjoyable.
Checkout was a chaotic show. The front desk person was cleaning the pool so another person had to check us out and had no sign on information so she had to track him down to use his. This entire process had taken about 15-20 minutes.
We chose this hotel because it was convenient to the event we were attending.

First, the good. The room was clean and the beds comfy. The cons—Our room air conditioner/heater could not be regulated. It was freezing in the room and the controls did nothing. We couldn’t turn it off or adjust the temperature. The desk clerk said just unplug it. So we had some temperature with a constant fan or nothing. The ice machine was out of order. The juice machine was out of order. The tub drained so slowly 3 inches of water would accumulate. I would choose a different hotel.

We were given handicap room for some reason. The replacement room available was smelling bad. We have booked for one more day for our return journey. Already charged for and not cancellable.
