Truly wonderful relaxing holiday - the staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Shout out to the Ent Team, especially Carolina and Marc for excellent cocktail tuition 😊 other staff to mention - Ricardo, Anna, Paula, Juanna and finally Zuzane in the SP bar to be honest the list could be endless! The food was excellent, such great choice and themed eves - seafood and Japanese my favs. With seating inside or out the staff always tried to accommodate where you wanted to sit. We had a Star Prestige Suite - all inclusive. Our suite was lovely, views over the sea. Stocked mini bar and coffee machine. A carafe to get fresh water (water tap on each room level) which you could then chill in the fridge. We had access to 3 pools which were never busy, plenty of sun loungers and beds. The bars were great, again never busy and with waiter service to either your sun lounger or table in the bar area. Star Prestige has its own bar which was lovely to go to for an iced coffee after breakfast and also had snacks in the morning and afternoon. Only one small irritation was having to give my room number out every time I ordered a drink or went into the restaurant (which I expected) but to be asked by waiters again in the restaurant when you ordered wine etc to the table seemed a bit excessive for an All Inclusive package. We had a wrist type band, maybe the beads could be a different colour to indicate All Inclusive? That said it was still an amazing holiday. Thanks to everyone 😊

The hotel is fantastic, the views and facilities are beautiful - we have stayed a few times now - but the staff really make it soecial - people like Montse in the restaurant work so hard and fast they deserve recognition . - thank you! Best wishes to all at the hotel

Just absolutely fabulous service from the moment you arrive until the moment you depart, in the most lovely surroundings. If you are looking for a relaxing week/few days where you feel spoilt rotten and looked after this is the perfect location.

Me and my boyfriend, we have just came back from our 10-day stay in Mallorca and I’m very glad we chose this hotel. From the moment we arrived (at midnight, very tired after a long and tiring flight), the reception offered us not only water/cava, but also a dinner. The personnel is very attentive to you all the time, happy to help with anything. On our last day we tried to memorize as many names as we could to mention those people that treated us so well: it is Ricardo, Michaela and Justo from the breakfast, Diego and Juanlo in the pool bar, Karolina from the animation and many more.. We were staying in a suite, with breakfast only (which was very tasty as well as fhe restaurant by the pool) as we love to explore the place we travel and not spend much time in the hotel itself. The room was just enough, the AC was working well, the views were just incredible. We stayed a few days by the pool, and, as mentioned in other reviews, sometimes it is rather hard to find free sunbeds as they might be taken early. I would recommend not to miss the opportunity to swim on the paddle board, and take a kayak tour (unfortunately we couldn’t do it due to the weather conditions). The access to the sea is definitely an advantage. We were renting a car, and, as there’s no parking in the hotel, it was sometimes a bit of a challenge to park, but we always managed to find a spot within a few minutes walking distance. This was our first trip to Mallorca and definitely not the last one. When going back, we’ll definitely choose Iberostar Jardín del Sol Suites once again!

Best holiday of my life From arriving at the hotel the staff and service we received were perfection. Walking into reception the view literally took my breath away. I would highly recommend booking the star prestige room options as we felt it was definitely worth it. Would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and we are already looking at returning for our 15 year anniversary and upgrading to a penthouse. Thank you for the best holiday ever

Customer Service is exceptional. The Staff really do care about the customers and go out of their way to help.Special mention to Montse in the restaurant. She never stops, and always has a smile even at her busiest. A lovely lady who makes every effort to talk to her customers and make them feel special. The hotel is a perfect haven from everyday life!

Stayed 21/06/24 - 28/06/24 Amazing hotel!!! Views across Santa Ponsa bay. Stayed in star prestige room (2509) Firstly the Staff, from the maids/cleaners/maintenance/waiters/waitress’s/ bar staff/management were fantastic. The best staff we have encountered over our 40 years of holidaying. Friendly and happy always had time for all the guests. Went above and beyond for the guests. Very hard working team of management. The hotel was spotlessly clean. Food was fantastic. We stayed all inclusive and one of the best we have had. Will definitely be returning. Hope management will rely my comments to there staff for making our holiday complete.
