Grata sorpresa con este alojamiento!! Personal amable, limpio, calidad precio excepcional. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos. Mini market en recepción, bar piscina en el que puedes disfrutar de un buen ambiente y el sol que siempre asoma.

I love deya as I’ve stayed here before in the past but this time in October I had a terrible experience with bed bugs . Each time I slept on the sofa bed I woke up covered in bites one of which got very infected and I had to go to hospital to be put on iv antibiotics. This is really not acceptable and ruined the remaining part of my holiday

Well, after reading the reviews my thought of this place was between heaven and hell. Don't believe everything you read. The room was clean although a little tired, but for the price we paid off peak it was good enough. Good bits The checkin was easy. Our bags were stored till our room was ready and we were able to use the facilities. The pool is good although a tad cold and lots of sunbeds available Great location for the bars, restaurants and the beach is a maximum 5 min walk all flat. Lovely walk along the front from one end of santa ponsa to the other Bad bits Nowhere could I find mention of the club in the basement. Although only open on the Saturday we were there it was LOUD. The bass was very audible till around 5am.... we didn't sleep much that night Our shower pressure was so good the water flooded the bathroom and had obviously been like this along time as the wood flooring outside the bathroom was really water damaged. Other than that we had a great few days away

Basic hotel, its perfect for just showering and sleeping in, nothing much else, the pool is freezing much better walking down the beach the water is warmer, I have stayed here 5 times in past 4 years, its so cheap on love holidays for package holiday that I don't mind paying 250 for a week. Best thing about this is the location Everything is right on the doorstep.

Point positif le personnel est vraiment top et au petit soin. Le seul point positif de notre séjour. La résidence ce trouve au milieu d’une rue à bar, qui sont propice au soirée et au cris toute la nuit des fêtards. Si vous venez pour vous reposer choisissez plutôt un autre lieu. Dommage car nous avons pu trouver des endroits charmant lors de notre séjour, heureusement que nous avons une voiture pour découvrir autre chose. De plus dans la rue la plupart des serveurs au bar ne parle qu’en anglais, dommage pour ceux souhaitant parler espagnol et découvrir l’Espagne.

Travelled here in August as a group, on arrival the check in was long but the receptionist ‘Andrew’ couldn’t have been more reassuring and helpful. The rooms were tidy and neat, would 100% recommend this place if your a young group travelling abroad. This place is more suited to a younger age group wouldn’t recommend for an older age group as it tends to be extremely loud at night.

Quelle belle surprise ! Le personnel à l’accueil est vraiment réactif, serviable et au petit soin avec ses clients. Ils nous ont surclasser du fait de manque de gaz de l’air conditionné, 10 minutes après nous avions déjà un logement. La vue, le cadre et l’emplacement sont au top. Mention spéciale à Monsieur Abel Exposito, le chef de la réception pour sa gentillesse et sa bienveillance. Encore merci ☺️

Abel was so accommodating along with the rest of the staff, the room was clean enough and hotel is in a great location. Loads of food places and bars around it and right next to the beach. Overall a great stay in Santa ponsa and would recommend it for a girls trip.
