チェックインが１２時近くになりましたが問題なく、とても対応が良かったです。お部屋はおしゃれで可愛いライトがあり、タオルもたくさんあり、紅茶もお水も用意されていました。バスタブとシャワーが別々になっていてゆっくり広々できました。朝食が何よりも素晴らしかったです。朝ごはんを食べる際に自分の好きなものを選択することができ、また種類も豊富でとても美味しかったです。ローテンブルクにまたくることがあったら必ずここにまた泊まります。

What a lovely hotel inside this quaint walled city. The room we had was newly renovated, and was beautiful! Comfortable bed, great storage and a really neat bathroom! We loved our stay here- the hosts were so charming and helpful, a delicious breakfast was provided , and they very nicely assisted my siblings in surprising us with a 50th anniversary treat of sparkling wine and chocolates. We can’t say enough about our stay-thank you again!

Onbegrijpelijk dat hier alleen maar hele goede beoordelingen staan. Te beginnen met twee goede punten: locatie en kamer. Prima middenin historische stadje en kamer heel mooi gerenoveerd, maar dan wel 250 per nacht. Maar van hospitality hebben ze hier geen kaas gegeten. Ontvangst heel vreemd, auto wordt voor je weggezet (maar waar?) en verder geen info. Niet over ontbijt, niet over wifi, over andere hotelfaciliteiten, heel vreemd. Toch maar gaan vragen maar ook dan geen enkele blijk van nalatigheid. Kamer dus mooi, heel mooi sanitair maar waterdruk 0, dus van je mooie stortdouche is het weinig genieten. Het ontbijt is niet duur, 10 euro, maar is dan ook niet veel. En enorme chaos, zowel eigenaar als zijn hulp hebben totaal geen overzicht, ook niet als er slechts drie tafels bezet zijn. Koffie slapper dan slap, yoghurt staat al tijdje klaar en nodigt niet echt uit, het bestelde roerei stond waarschijnlijk ook al tijdje in de keuken klaar.

Da wir am Rosenmontag in Romantikhotel Markusturm waren, war im Hotel und der Stadt wenig los. Wir durften uns sogar aus mehreren Zimmern das aussuchen, das uns am besten gefallen hat. Jedes Hotelzimmer sah anders aus Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detaill ausgestattet und es ist erkennbar, dass in die Modernisierung viel investiert wurde.
