There was no air conditioning, and the balcony was connected to the next room, so security is important. We were given a room on the second floor (actually the third floor), and the view from the balcony was great. Having bread and coffee at the table outside was great. The last Tumuji room is an exhibition hall, not their hotel! The pictures hanging on Trip.com by their hotel are suspected of misleading consumers. We booked queen bed, but was given 2 twin beds which is placed in one corner and another corner, reason from front desk is queen bed room is all taken-up..In that case what’s the purpose of guest room reservation with specific requirement. Glad that front desk is willing to change back the room we booked. No toiletries provided, overall room is clean and comfortable and location is great just opposite the HBF.
