This hotel has an exceptionally pretty frontage and an excellent location in the heart of Rothenburg, itself a very pretty town. But beware. I turned up and my room was not in the hotel, but in a building 3 minutes walk away WITHOUT AIR-CONDITIONING! In temperatures of low 30's and high humidity, not funny. I was exceptionally lucky and eventually!! was able to move in, pay €20 and get aircon. For a 4 star hotel, this is not acceptable. Some staff were very stern faced, but others bubbly. Evening meal quality was good, though pricey. So be careful. The opticians, by the way, opposite the bank 1 minute walk from the hotel towards the square we're so kind and wonderful by helping one of our friends fix the arm of broken spectacles. Thank you.

I recently stayed at Hotel Reichs-Küchenmeister and found it to be a decent choice overall. The location is excellent, as it’s close to several tourist attractions and a supermarket, making it convenient for sightseeing and grabbing essentials. However, the lack of air conditioning was a drawback, especially during warmer days. The room was a bit warm, and no fan provided. Despite this, the friendly staff and convenient location make Hotel Reichs-Küchenmeister a reasonable option, especially during cooler months.

Excellent location, right in the center of the town. You can drive to the front door, somebody will take you to the parking lot. Breakfast is included. Spa is included, kind of small, you have to call front desk to reserve the time for towels . Services are good. Room is clean. eBay chip coins Canadian dollar

The location is excellent, in the center of the ancient city, the room has a medieval feel; the facilities are complete, except that the air conditioning needs to be turned on for an additional fee; the hotel's own restaurant is also a popular online restaurant, and you have to queue up for a table at night;

The location is in the center of Rothenburg. It is very convenient to go to the Christmas market in the Town Hall Square or other places. There are also paid private parking spaces, which is very practical for self-driving travelers~ If you want to park in the parking space provided by the hotel, you must first drive to the parking lot near the hotel to check in. Then their staff will inform you of the location and will also drive a golf cart to the parking lot to pick you up.

Excellent Fussen hotel. We booken a wonderfully decorated room. The hotel is centrally located in Fussen with a parking garage. The breakfast, restaurant, and bakery were great

Great hotel in a central location. Room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Close to all the attractions in the old town and would recommend to anyone.

Right in the heart of center of town. One of the cutest historic buildings in Rothenberg. So clean, rooms were updated and comfortable, very nice breakfast included, staff was very friendly and helpful, nice bar, too. Our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you to the staff for such a wonderful visit to an amazing town.

Very nice staff and friendly service, clean room, great food, and great placement! One of the staff stayed after reception time to make sure we got into our room. She was so kind and it saved our hides since the Verizon outage affected us too. We got lost and severely delayed. If it weren’t for her, we would’ve been stranded. Would go again for sure.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect; with easy access to the entire village. The breakfasts were buffets and we had a sufficient assortment of food selections to get us on your way each day. The room was spacious with a nice roomy bathroom as well. The staff was so helpful and friendly. We needed to park our car and that was real easy. Though the parking was not located on the property, they would 'golf cart shuttle' you to your car at anytime. The lunch and dinner menu was traditional, with large portions. Besides the main restaurant, they had a secondary bar/restaurant which was very cozy and I would recommend eating dinner there (Wine Tavern "Löchle"), They also had a outdoor patio area, but it was a bit cold and rainy and was not open. All in all, we highly recommend the Hotel Reichskuechenmeister.

We only stayed one night at the Reichskuechenmeister but it was magical! The hotel is beautiful, charming, and centrally located to everything in Rothenburg. The hotel has one of the best Biergartens in town with natural shade and a great atmosphere. We had a car and it was a little challenging to navigate the narrow streets of Rothenburg, but once we arrived the hotel staff helped us park the car and get our luggage into our rooms. The complimentary breakfast was great too. I would definitely stay here again.

You cannot get a better location. Room was clean and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was one or our favorite meals. Breakfast was great as well. We reserved a parking spot

Hotel in heart of Rothenburg . Great bicycle inside secure storage . Only down side was a 2.00€ charge per bike stored . First time in our 3 months of travel by bicycle in Europe this has happened . May be a new trend . Reception was very friendly with good English. Room spacious - classic furniture and very modern bathroom . Elevator to upper rooms . Great on-site restaurant with numerous choices and reasonable price point . Good breakfast with hot and cold choices .
