I've stayed in quite a few premier inns and this was by far the best one,from the minute I arrived which was very late in the evening the staff was so friendly and helpful and for the whole 5 days stay the brilliant service continued even in the restaurant. A massive thank you to Alana on reception who was so friendly and helpful,amazing service and truly a credit to your company . Thank you for a wonderful stay.

This review is a sadly a little late. A large party of 4 adults, x2 kids and a baby we were split over 2 rooms from 30/10- 01/11. From the off we we were greeted warmly at Reception and this continued throughout our stay with all members of staff. Shout out to Claire from Housekeeping who not only serviced our rooms but she and Steve left a thoughtful gift of hot chocolate and bath soak due to the cold weather. A nice pub attached and in a great location with plenty amenities. I would reccommend this Premier Inn to anyone.

All staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was quiet and had everything that I needed for my stay. The price was great and plenty of local amenities around. Breakfast at the beefeater was lovely, so much choice, great price and was cooked to order which came very quickly

As usual, the hotel itself was great, as was the breakfast. You do however, now have to pay for parking, which I think was £7 a night. This is because the car park is now privately owned. Apart from that, everything was great 😎. you don't have to eat in the Brecks either if you don't want to as there are some decent eateries in the area.

The hotel was brilliant and parking perfect accommodated all our needs and we had a good experience Jamie the staff member was helpful and gave good information and help definitely worthwhile and definitely will come back again in the future.

Stayed here last night with my coach, nice and quiet hotel, rooms are clean and tidy, nice size aswel. Good value for money, especially when you combine it with the Beefeater. I was here only for a overnight, but I certainly recommend it, had a pleasant stay.

Stayed in hotel for a few weeks now through work. Jamie and the team have made me feel welcome every time. A nice pub/ restaurant attached to hotel sells good food and drinks. Rooms tidy. Plenty of parking. A few shops nearby. All in all recommended and will be back.

Staying here through work. Stayed at many premier inns over the years and the staff here are brilliant. Very friendly receptionist in Jamie. Would 100% stay here again! Rooms are clean and tidy and everyone is welcoming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jamie on the desk was really helpful and respectful person. Made the stay more enjoyable very clean room as well he went out of his way to get me a heater for my room as the heater had broken in the room and would of been a nightmare of heating was not working
