Ideal location to an event we were attending at the Don Valley bowl. Both guys on reception very helpful.
Parking onsite which was great. Allowed us to check in early as we needed to attend an event.
Room was clean and smelt clean also. Decorating and furniture was dated, but this didn’t affect our stay.
There was a constant noise, possibly in the pipes… but it was something we got used to.
I would stay again as it was reasonably priced, considering hotels closer to our event was 5 times the price.

Couldn't have a shower as was scolding hot and no adjustment. Informed reception to be told tough. Lamp shades hanging off the wall. Black mould around bath handles and bath disgusting. Had to go buy own batteries to be able to use tv as reception wouldn't provide. Found out after that hotel is being used as half way house for drug and alcohol ******* and homeless despite not saying on there website only on confirmation from trip.com after paying for it and seeing its not refundable

Very standard. Not far from meadow Hall. Alot of facilities not open and door boarded up on the outside. Was just there for the boxing so did not spend long in hotel. Is good if you need somewhere cheap to crash

Appalling! Needed to cancel our booking due to a funeral and rang and they refused to cancel over the phone and told me to email. The woman on the phone gave me an incorrect email address three times. Having since got the correct one I’ve emailed three times to cancel and heard nothing back! It shouldn’t be hard but given the other reviews I realise this so called hotel doesn’t really bother about its customers.
