We were pleasantly surprised by the space and cleanliness of our apartment. The furnishing seems new and make for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the various tv channels for free on their comfortable sofa. First day the toilet was clogged but when we reported to the reception it was quickly resolved. Overall a good value stay and it’s one of the better motel we have stayed in.

Great stay for families and friends. Comfy beds and clean with cooking facilities and plenty room to move around.

The room is large and the bedding is very comfortable. There was a Beijing girl at the front desk who introduced the local attractions in detail and provided many coupons. It was a very good experience.

The room was relatively small and stuffy. The hotel we booked for the day was fully booked on Ctrip most of the weekend. This hotel was the most expensive one with rooms. The room is relatively airtight and the sanitary conditions are not particularly good. There are clean sheets under the quilt like other hotels in town. But the blue quilt above is exposed and reused. Even though he soaked in hot springs around him at night, he didn't use his bathroom to take a shower.

Spacious, great view of sun set, beautiful bathroom. Parking was a little tight, but they did offer better options. Walls are thin, so you could hear your neighbours. Other than that it was a good stay.

It wasn't too far from where we needed to go or near the downtown area. The staff was friendly. They upgraded us to a bigger and better suite. The area was really safe and quiet. I know it's been a while, since we were there, but they gave us chocolate to write review. I'd definitely go back again. It's also near a bus stop. Yeeahh.. very clean and good bang for ya buck.

We had a lovely stay at the Brylin Motel. We stayed in one of the rooms facing the road. I was a bit worried the traffic noise would be too loud, but it was not too bad with the front windows closed and it died down in the evening so we weren't weren't bothered by it overnight. Charmaine on reception was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the luxurious spa bath, which offered the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring the area. Overall, our time at Brylin exceeded all expectations, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Excellent and efficient check in with advice on local tourist attractions and discount vouchers given which were greatly appreciated, and used. We were very surprised at the size of our apartment and it was well presented and clean. There were 2 upstairs balconies, one off the master and one off the living area, and a downstairs patio off the second bedroom. The spa bath was a bonus after spending a few hours out mountain biking. Great central location for the activities we were doing. The only recommendation we could make, which in no way affected our stay, would be the addition of some wine glasses, which we would have used while enjoying the sunset on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Brylin, we loved our stay in Rotorua❤️ We didn’t see or hear any of the other occupants while there.

Super happy with our family stay with 3 children under 5 years old. Really lovely staff - we are so grateful this place was available for us. The room had been recently renovated; it was clean and comfortable :)
