A very clean hotel with a very welcoming front desk, which made us feel at home in a foreign country.

The hostel is a bit far from the center of town and close to the highway. The owner raises several sheep, alpacas, and chickens. Sleeping is relatively quiet.

The unit is spacious, a bit old but fully renovated floor and carpet with heat pump. Beds are comfortable as well as the sofa bed.

Very spacious room, loved having a kitchenette. Room was clearly either a new addition or newly renovated and looked great. We backed onto the yards that contained the alpacas and sheep, with a few wild bunnies getting around, so it was an adorable view.

The motel was close to my venue, the staff were friendly and efficient and the outlook brilliant complete with lamas.

The room was so clean and the facilities were so good. My family is so satisfied that I will come back. And the children liked it because they could see the animals right in front of them.

Great place to stay nice and quiet also away from the potent Sulphur smell. Lovely playground for children and farm animals on site. Rooms are super modern everything you need for a Lovely getaway.
The TV was actually positioned really well which is hard to find many hotels have it hung to high up in some corner. Worked fine with cast but user not able to clear storage so a small alert pops up often in lower right corner reminding that space is running out on storage. Dont know what was causing this but random tapping sound comes and goes from inside the ceiling above the closet frame this is for room 12 was wandering what cause could be. You need to spend time in the room to notice it.

Excellent property to stay at when in Rotorua. AJ and team was beyond helpful nothing to much trouble.
We will definitely be back when next in the region.
