Bellissima struttura immersa nel verde e con accesso diretto sul lago, nonché con vista splendida. Le camere hanno tutte vista lago e sono ben arredate e accoglienti. Splendida la sala comune della colazione, a cui si può accedere liberamente nel corso della giornata per bersi un thè, mangiare una cena d'asporto etc, che ha una bellissima terrazza direttamente sul lago. Mettono anche a disposizione degli ospiti una vasca idromassaggio e una sauna che si trovano sul pontile e sono, anche queste, vista lago. Personale molto gentile e accogliente. È davvero molto costoso rispetto alla media di alberghi di questa categoria in tutta la Nuova Zelanda (ma mi pare che Rotorua sia molto costosa in generale)

We absolutely loved Koura Lodge, the views are breathtaking and the owners really friendly. Rooms are a little dated if you're comparing to inner city 5 star hotels, but it didn't bother us at all as it's what's outside the windows that captured our attention! Would recommend to anyone and would love to return.

Staff, especially the on-site manager could not have been more warm and welcoming. Beautiful location, however, for the cost I would have expected more quality within the room. Our room had a very out-dated appearance with poor quality furnishings. Really needs an over haul and some money spent.
