Very good and helpful service was provided. Parking costs - 7 euros a night, reasonable money, yet it might be a good competitive advantage to provide it for free, since it is inside of the hotel.
Location is rather far from the main touristic places.

Оч.удобный&достойный по своему содержанию отель недалеко от центра города.
В целом любезный&клиентоориентированный персонал.
Особенно хочется отметить завтраки в формате "шведский стол", весьма разнообразные, для Франции довольно неожиданно. Увы, из-за не особой расторопности персонала в данной части возникали перебои как с пополнением продуктов на столе, так и с посудой/приборами

Great stay at this very comfortable Ibis.Goid secure parking for €7 per night and easy walk into Rouen city centre.Added bonus of being able to watch a rugby match from your room if you are located at the rear of the property.

Great weekend stay at this lovely Ibis.Very good on-site parking for €7 a night.Only let down was that it says there is tea/coffee facilities in the room.There was not!! Please amend this.We will stay again,but will bring a kettle next time.

Very convenient. Excellent staff. Food was very nice. Only one small thing let it down and that was the quality of the pillows, which were very thin. I would still stay here again.

Room was clean and modern. The shower was excellent and clean towels every day.
The room could benefit from draws or shelves to unpack in to as there were only 5 hangers for clothes.
We ate in the restaurant on the first evening and the food was good. The bar shut quite early so having returned to the hotel in the evening it was a little disappointing not to be able to drink a cold beer. (Day time temperature was very high 30's) Location is a little way out of Rouen but if you don't mind a little walk it was quite simple to get to the centre.
