Nice location. Great front desk staff. Surly housekeepers. Thin walls, no plateware, glassware, silverware, utensils, or cookware provided. Free internet unsusable so essentially need to pay for internet. Shower looked like it wasnt cleaned after previous guest. Water pressure on fourth floor terrible. Minimal room cleaning every two weeks. Paid linen change means a housekeeper just dumps bedding replacement in your room. You are left to change and take old sheets to laundry. Price isn't competitive enough to justify these shortcomings. New does not mean quality.
